Truly great that you came up with a set of stats for Rosales nigerio! Most stats look very similar to what I have in mind for a young attacking full back such as Rosales. My only comment is on his stamina. With 81 he won't be able to finish any match with all the running he does. Kuiper has 83 and Tiendalli has 84 so I would go for a 83 at least. In my opinion this stat is a bit underrated in Eredivisie in general as I have the feeling that 84 should be the average for fullbacks.

He did a pretty good job today. I think he is a pretty good SB. Scored a nice header today and used his left foot much with crosses.

He was really on a red arrow though, yesterday. He did nearly everything right.

I disagree with these values for Stamina, Agility, Aggression and Mentality. He's rarely if ever tired and makes long, marauding runs forward down the right. Generally lasts 90 minutes too, despite those long, tiresome journeys down the by-line. He's also a bit more agile than a 79 suggest, quite often skipping by a defender due to his fluid body-movement rather than pace and skill. He makes marauding runs forward as I said, and he needs a higher level of Aggression to continually do this in-game. Last but not least, a higher Mentality would be warranted; not only does he go forward a lot but he also charges back to defend on will-power and isn't afraid to put himself on the line if the side needs him.

Further more, I'd considering him a candidate for the Overlapping Run card (and the Side-star).

Effectively Rosales is surprising lot of people, doing very good performances in these last matches. Perhaps he needs some value increased, but he's only 21 years old and, considering that he can improve himself in the future, I suggest a little increase, like:

- Stamina 83 --> 84
- Agility 79 --> 80
- Mentality 78 --> 81

Aggression 82 is actually a right value for me.

agree, STA 84 would be the minimum for me, I have him at 85 myself. We should have a look at Eredivisie SB STA ladders as more than half of the SBs is hardly able to finish a single match with these stats. Rosales attacks a lot and with overlapping run he will do a lot of running. I am pretty sure that if he would play in Primera Division he would have STA 86. Look for example at Mtiliga who got an increase from 80 to 85 when he went to Malaga. Many Eredivisie SBs are at 80-82 but the fact is that this is a bit hard for SBs who do a lot of running. He can probably also have yellow value for acceleration. He looked to be between 80-82 for ts/accel from what I've seen of him.

To me, Rosales is still a very raw full-back. Almost everything he does is based around his grit and stamina rather than his technique or intelligence. Quite often loses out defensively too against weak opposition. He has the potential to be a pretty good full-back, especially for Eredivisie-standards but he really needs to start developing himself or he'll end up like Manolevje ( ).

I have a couple suggestions. First of all i think he's LP stat should slightly better, slightly. Specially he's LPS. He's HEA is harsh too, i'm thinking more of a number like 74/75. Another thing is, that i believe he uses he left foot more often. So i suggest WFF a 5. And i think he SP is really underrated, i think he is certainly in the yellow. I suggest 81(even though i've seen him shoot harder).

No tbh he has descent amount of power, i would say 81/82/83.

Sounds OK. On the other side I'd modify his ATT/DEF ratio, to emphasize in his role as an attacking fullback. I see him 1 pt over Van der Wiel in ATT and 2 pts under Manolev in DEF, so I suggest...

That's right. I see him more as a WB or SMF. That's perhaps even his main position. For a SB his defence is below average imo.
