Spoiler: show
This world-class left-back looked a fish out of water shortly after signing in at Manchester United from Monaco in the autumn of 2006, but he quickly conquered his Anglophone demons and now needs no lessons from anyone. Adventure and dynamism personified, he has the engine to dominate his flank from first minute to last. The son of a diplomat from Guinea, he was born in Senegal. After his father was posted to France, the young 'Pat' was brought up in the suburbs of Paris, where got to know a certain Thierry Henry. On failing to make the grade at Paris Saint-Germain, the teenage Evra went into exile in Italy at lower league Marsala and Monza, then returned to France to star for Nice and Monaco. Evra was an out-and-out attacker in his formative years and only became a left-back when a spate of injuries forced Nice coach Sandro Salvioni to use him in that more reserved role. He has not looked back since and played in ten of Les Bleus' 2010 World Cup qualifiers.

I think Evra should be at 71 for defence he is a great player but he I think he is not better than Dani Alves in terms of positional sense

his Dribbling is so wonderful, we should put him in LMF :o
also i think his Mentality should go up and be 80 - 82
i think his Jump need a huge update, he is just 175 but he can jump over many tall players for me his jump is 88

Agree with two of the above, and Dribble speed should go up to 89 and agility to88, he is definitely on par with clichy with his speed on the ball, and I've never failed to see him beat his man with quick turns and close ball control before before

seems fair but his Agility will be higher than Clichy that i dont think this is fair but his DS can be un pair by him.
from PES 2008 it seems Konami didnt put Consistancy in game so for me that play PES 2009 it's useless ;)

WHAT!? 88 response? I don't think so. You give Evra a number like that and a whole LOT of SB's need updating right along with him. Can people please stop getting carried away because Man Utd won a football match.

I'm not sure he fully understands how a SB's response works(tbh neither do I) I feel that its a generic update because Evra's a Man Utd. player and should therefore have the highest response for a registered SB on the database! I also suggest a decrease Aggression as he doesn't attack as much as say Mendy who sits on an 83(although he should be 85) I also highly doubt he deserves the *Long Throw star.

Agreed., to an extent. Here's more what the ladder should look like...

Bosingwa 87
A. Cole 85
Mendy 85
Evra 84
Degen 84

That looks pretty good tbh although Cole doesn't attack as much as Mendy imo probably should be on par with Evra. So do you agree with Aggression: 84 and removal of *Long Throw star.
