Some CB's with lower attack, heading and jump values have better scoring ratios, and they only go up for dead balls. So i'd say that yes, his attack is definitely overated.

Samba's been good for rovers this season; and Blackburn haven't been at all.. the Man U match means nothing. From VeryovA's stats, I could see only ATT, STA, and RES. I don't think he's as a slow turner as you've made out there VeryovA, but maybe he is a little slow to react sometimes. Balance, if anything, could go up instead of down, he is the strongest player in the prem and if Sol doesn't move down, I could at least see them on par, regardless of the differing physique.

97? Balance he is a monster it could be even higher, even considering his physique he is still the strongest player in the league by a distance.

It's hard to disagree with that, he is an absolute beast and might well be the strongest player I've ever seen. To be honest 98 probably wouldn't even be overrating him.

Concerning Shot Accuracy - Samba is of the better aimers in the Prem... but his current value puts him above Huth - who generally gets his shots closer to the goal - perhaps a little 'switch' would be appropriate :?

In terms of BB however... Samba has a very big case to be the strongest player in the world... certainly a claim that I'd agree with. zuo, youtube videos of footballers would probably not show feats of strength, but certainly he has that in abundance - and has teriffic balance. He is quite a bit stronger than Zat Knight, and Zat has a quite substantial Height advantage. But in reality Zat has poor balance, and whilst Samba plays quite lifelike in game, Zat's superhuman - in fact his strength is underwhelming in comparison to his physique. Certainly he needs the lowering more than Samba.

you know what..... numbers alone the stat means nothing. i mean is very strong he could be super strong i don't know....
but why you need to give him 96-97-98 BB? because..........the players are not rated correctly.
since drogba will be rated at 94 bb at 188x88...and he clearly isn't.....you'll need to put samba at 96-97-98....because you need him to outmuscle drogba and you need that number....
i mean 95% of serie A "strong" or "quite strong" CFs, cfs that do also posting job....would be instantly killed by samba. amauri is bb 87 kgs 83 borriello 85 bb 80 kgs even ibra would be almost instantly shoved off at 95 kgs 90 bb... ratings should be balanced through leagues....drogba got bounced a big part of the time in the double match vs lucio and samuel.... if we make this sort of "outliers" the game will be unrealistic....

You are right that there should be coherence between other leagues, and a few Premiership players are overrated in BB (Zat Knight - 95 :?) in comparison to Serie A (or Serie A underrated ?) and other leagues. But what you're not considering is just how strong this guy is, he's quite possibly the strongest player I've ever seen and you want to lower him based on what, youtube clips ? I mean seriously, if he doesn't deserve red numbers for BB then pretty much no player in the history of football deserves it. He would destroy the likes of Samuel, Lucio, Ibra and really is in a class of his own when it comes to strength and balance. Looking at the Serie A BB ladder, I'd say he's at least 5 points higher than anyone in the entire league, he's much, much stronger than Materazzi or Goian (both overrated ?). Can I ask what you base this opinion on, have you ever actually seen him play ?

I don't find him overrated with this BB rating in-game either because like Messi for DA, Walcott for TS, Xavi for TW etc. he deserves to be at the very top for BB. He can easily outmuscle people in real life so why not make him like that in-game ? Plus try playing Ibra against Samba in-game and then tell me he gets easily outmuscled because it certainly didn't go that way for me.

Yea he doesn't outmuscle Ibra in the game, mainly because Ibra somehow weighs 7 kg more, i know the stats say 88kg for Samba but i look at him and his frame and i can't see it. Someone who is a strong 6ft 4 with his shoulders and build don't weigh only 88kg(same as Drogba, 4kg more then Ronaldo)

Most sites including the official rovers site say he is 91kg which looks more realistic, i don't buy he is anything less then 90kg.

Maybe he is a little bit heavier, but weight is not an easy thing to dechiper and even in real life I've seen that looks can be decieving when guessing a persons weight. Example, I know 2 guys that are both 6'1"and 13 stone, yet looking at them you'd never guess they were the same weight. One has very narrow shoulders and thin limbs and the other one is built like a brick shithouse, thick neck, legs, arms and wide shoulders. So it's probably best to go with official stats here imo.

EDIT: If the Rovers site says he's 91kg then I'd update him to that.
