Why does he have this high ATT? If its just because he gets forward often I guess lowering it a bit and adding extra attacker would be more realistic.

Naaaaaahhhhhhhhh....... Really he's rubbish up front. He just bashes defenders so well that he can cause chaos in the box, but he's no striker really. Can't even pass that well so his ability to hold up the ball like he can is fairly redundant.

He's... okay, his physique is always threatening, and well, he basically stands in an area and players aim for him because he's a rock and solid in the air. Simple as, he doesn't need to move away from defenders due to his imposing nature, he'll win battles aerially and thus leads to people thinking he's good.

So, is the general consensus that he should have a lower attack?

Some CB's with lower attack, heading and jump values have better scoring ratios, and they only go up for dead balls. So i'd say that yes, his attack is definitely overated.

Samba's been good for rovers this season; and Blackburn haven't been at all.. the Man U match means nothing. From VeryovA's stats, I could see only ATT, STA, and RES. I don't think he's as a slow turner as you've made out there VeryovA, but maybe he is a little slow to react sometimes. Balance, if anything, could go up instead of down, he is the strongest player in the prem and if Sol doesn't move down, I could at least see them on par, regardless of the differing physique.

97? Balance he is a monster it could be even higher, even considering his physique he is still the strongest player in the league by a distance.

It's hard to disagree with that, he is an absolute beast and might well be the strongest player I've ever seen. To be honest 98 probably wouldn't even be overrating him.
