The first post looks pretty good though I have thoughts over some the players.

Firstly, has Alex really been better then Terry this season? And couldn't a Jagielka, Roger Johnson or Vermaelen be more deserving of a spot?

I would also replace Giggs with one of Ashley Young, Pienaar or Valencia.

And despite his injury troubles I'd rather Van Persie over Anelka.

Vermaelen > Alex
Defoe > Anelka

IMO,
Add Bale as winger
Move Bellamy to Championship

Needs an update, some players have moved from the league or been promoted from the championship

IMO based on suggestions:

Hart/Cech > Given ( not first choice anymore)
Vermaelen > Carvalho
Terry/Jagielka > Alex ( )
Bale > Baines ( not really a left-back anymore though)
Fletcher/Scholes > Mascherano
Adam Johnson/ Young/ Valencia/ Pienaar (?) > Giggs
Defoe > Anelka
Van Persie > Darren Bent (?) ( might as well if Rio's included)

I don't think Bale should be replacing Baines, when Baines is clearly the better left-back IMO. I'd me more inclined to see him replace Modric. I'd also either have Flecter or Parker as the Mascherano replacement. And I think I'd almost rather have Bent than Defoe in the first post :|

Joe Hart is not the best goalkeeper in the Premier League let alone Manchester.

The Championship squad needs updating altogether :P

Good update, but id say Jose Reina is the best keeper in the prem actually, just my opinion.

Made some changes:

Milner> Van Der Vaart
Scholes> Nani
Arshavin> Nasri
Torres> Berbatov
Arteta> Modric
King> Bale
David Silva reserves (Maybe should be Yaya Toure)
Defoe> Van Persie ( Should probably be in the first team based on Drogba and Rooney's form)
Maybe Ivanovic for Bosingwa?

No idea about the Championship

I'd have RvP and Bent ahead of Roo and Drogba. Berb and Tevez never really worked well as a pairing for Manchester United, odd considering they're in the starting squad, considering the depth of quality midfielders in the EPL would a 4-5-1 work better?

As for the Championship, Ian Harte, Shane Long, Bothroyd, David Graham, Adel Taraabt, Paddy Kenny, David Forde, Matt Mills, Rusell Martin, Don Cowie, Scott Sinclair and Lewis McGugan have been unreal this year.

Yeah, if were going for 100% current form rather than ability they should be in. Not sure if real life partnerships should affect fantasy team selections though. I mean if you where to make an all time EPL XI you would have Viera alongside Keane/Scholes I doubt they would get on  I was thinking of playing VDV off Tevez though. Despite being top scorer Berbs still finds room to be inconsistent.

Feel free to post an entirely new championship team.
