Rade Veljović, FK Smerederevo

Postby coolactive » 2008 Dec 23, 16:08

Rade Veljovic is one of the most interesting forwards in Romania. He's quite physical and technical but lacks pace a bit. He's a specialist in spectacular actions and quite combative. The biggest problem I have with him is the fact that he doesn't really attack the box enough for a striker. He falls back to collect balls but rarely arrives in the box at the right time. He seems like a player who feels the most comfortable everywhere except for the opposition's box. Nonetheless he's a player with real potential.

soo... I updated him for now... still they are very rough stats and not to be taken for granted...

from what I could gather from that youtube vid:

his attack is at 76 for now as the serbian league is probably a couple levels below their 1st league which is a bid below the romanian one, 76 is what a promising serbian youth nt player could deserve though

Physically he seems to be in a good enough shape to trouble defenders, 80 seems appropiate considering the level of play there, he also manages to hold on for 90 minutes and seems to be a player involved in the game, not your typical post player

speed wise he didn't seem like Walcott but he's got an okay speed, not a snail either

agility and dribbling wise... he seems to be capable of doing some good moves, he does them quite slowly but he can turn his body quite quick... he's not a rolling stone but this is just my 1st view of him

he seems to be a player that can also pass so i raised his stats there a bid

he scored once every 2 games and did some nice goals too... this here is another critical point which i will have to look into

for the rest we'll see but the current stats could be quite okay for now

Yes he should. Maybe it is better to leave only page 2 standing 'cause you all proved your point and I was wrong to underestimate my countryman so much.

Right! but after winter transfer window closes. These teams used to change too many players in just one week. Be patient a little longer. I will give you line-ups and descriptions and you will co-op to fill the rest.

From Borac Banja Luka's period he was one of the strongest players in the league, and he has show today to he's stronger than 81.
I suggest 83,one point under Borja, what do you think?

He doesn't deserve those stats anymore. He scored just 3 goals in this season, and he's little diferent than those stats.

Attack: 75 (His positioning in attack definitely isn't good to be on 77,so level with Evandro and some average attackers from our league shouldn't be bad.)

Balance: 83,84 (He's very strong player and that's his best ability. He great ,,builds players'' and he's one of the strongest players in the league.I think to 2 points under Borja(84) wouldn't be bad.)

DA: 78 (And with 78 he is solid dribbler for Serbian league standards,so on level with Medo and Borja.)

SA: 74 or 75
(His shot is very bad. He's very strong, but when he come to shooting situation he does that an awful!)
ST: 76

FKA: 69

Curling: 73

Technique: 78,79
