Because Starke is a player who already gives the best for his team and never give up. But I saw now that the values are too high but I'm still learning to make good stats. ;)

Just too give you some help.

Team work for a GK is how good is communication is with his teammates, especially when he leaves his goal at corners and crosses. It`s about communication and concerted.

mentality represents how often a GK leave his goal (in conjunction with aggression) and how self confident he is, when he leaves his goal.

Thanks for explanation, now I understand these values.
I know that my stats aren't perfect but I try to make the best I could. I hope that we get some discussions and maybe more activity in this area. :)
