I'd say Park plays a free roaming CM and Scholes plays AMF.

Sorry, but Scholes doesn't play AM. IMO he hasn't played there for years and I don't understand why he even has it as a position anymore. If anything, he's the deepest midfielder at the best of times. Unless I'm watching a different United to everyone else. I usually play like this;

---------------------Scholes-------------
------------------------------Carrick-------
--------------Fletcher----------------------
---------------------------------------
Valencia-----------------------------------Nani

Apologies for the tacky appearence but I can't seem to get the formation tool to work :|

I actually came here to enquire about Fletcher seen as though his thread is locked. My primary concern is his Short Pass Speed which is currently rated at 80. I think he deserves a far greater value than this, somewhere in the mid 80's region. He really zips his ground passes into feet with great pace. I doubt I'm the only one who's noticed this.

Theres a formation thread ya know

Yeah recently he's been playing as a deep playmaker role now in the mold of Alonso and Pirlo . He initially started as an AM when we started playing the formation this year, Villa was the last match he played there I think, but now Giggs is the preferred CM/AM along with Park. I'll add the third formation laters.

I agree with Jez, There's a couple of things i'd like to suggest in the Fletcher thread if a mod would kindly unlock it ;)

I just followed the steps from here http://pesstatsdatabase.com/news/formation-tool-t6624.html, i only just figured out how to use it lately. I also use Google Chrome if that makes any difference.

see this pic, team squad :
http://picsorlinks.com/pics/view/id/25501

and compare player's length (see the narrow green lines)
in line A i assumed Oshea (190) and Rio (191) so what i see (without hair):
Vidic 191
Evans 189
Fletcher 189
Carrick 193 (by hair ~195)
Berba 192
Cathcart 189

in line B i assumed Welbeck 185 so:
Brown 186
Obertan 188

in line C i assumed Anderson 176 so:
Nani 178
Rafael 177

Why is it locked? As far as I amconcerned, a lot of us think he is underrated and we discussed it respectfully, but now its locked. I dont understand the powers that be. It is a discussion forum after all. We can agree to disagree but why close it? Jesus Christ...

I locked it. Reason being that he was just recently updated in regards to a speed in which was agreed upon was realistic, I don't appreciate "fanboys" wanting players to be raised to unrealistic standards. If anything other than his speed was to be discussed I'd have kept it open but for people to only discuss one value which had been changed less than a couple of months ago. So, there you go.
