Ok here are my suggestions:

Attack: 80 He is intelligent but 82 seems really high for him.
Defence: 45-48 Your value here seems really overrated.
Balance: 77-78 Can protect the ball with his body.
Response: 79-80 Decent game reading.
DA: 82-83
DS: 80
SPA: 82
SPS: 80
LPA: 81-82
LPS: 80
SA: 77
SP: 81-82
FKA: 81-82
Curling: 83
Technique: 83
Header: 76-78
Jump: 77
TW: 82

Erase playmaking*,

Afte saw him vs Ecuador's Barcelona, what do you think of increase his pass speeds? Something like 82 SPS and 83 LPS.
And pass accuracy?

I agree with SPS and LPS. I will wait to see the next game of Peñarol to view a possible raise in his passing abilities. ;)

Hey guys, what about decreasing his tip speed? 78 is the same for Alejandro González, and Pacheco is much slower.
Or maybe González should be faster...

STA can go down, in the first minutes of the second half is already very tired

Well, let's wait for the beggining of the tournament. Players are getting in shape right now. But he's old so he won't have the same stamina than before.

@Interist, yeah, i compared him with Alejandro Gonzalez because was the first player i realized had the same speed, but it could have been any other player.
I would suggest TS 75 - ACC 77 for Pacheco and TS 79-80 for González.

He seems to be playing in great condition during the pre season. He's the top scorer with Olivera and the top assister. I hope he keeps it during the tournament.

big Tony, giant Tony! Genius!
First classic match since he come back from Wanderers and after the injury, and already makes a goal at 3 minutes of game.
Against the second more demanding rival he complete a good actuation, I am planning do a "middle" update. His technical abilities seems to be almost the same, his tech can stay in a 85. His SPS really need a big decrease, i'm thinking in smth like a 73, lately he are doing a good passes but generally it lacks of speed/strenght/power, at Zalayeta's level would be right.
About speed stats, he need a big decrease in every point, Recoba looks like Gonzalo Bueno next to him  , ok no, but seems too fast
RESP to lows 70s, EP to mid greens, DS and TS to lows 70's.
Here (phisical stats) too needs for a great decrease. BB and STA are completely whites the same as jump, and KP surely is in med greens.
For last his TW is at the same level than Recoba and MENT would be in lows green he is the captain and a leader both inside and outside the field but he's too lazy, he don't run if the ball is near to him, neither runs when he's tired nor he's a warrior (never he was it but since the injury nor even is going to fight balls).

Summarizing, surely i'll do this changes:
Spoiler: show
- HEA 76 > 73
- SPA 81 > 73
- RESP 80 > 70
- EP 82 > 77
- DS 77 > 70
- TS 75 > 71
- BB 78 > 72
- STA 77 > 72
- KP 83 > 77
- JUMP 77 > 70
- MENT 80 > 77
- TW 82 > 72
- ACC 78 > 72
- AGG 79 > 75

Position: SS > AM

I do some changes.
I was very wrong about TW and STA, the same about MENT. He has improved a lot in physical stats. He's playing as a kind of AM but almost as a CM, doing some dirty work, recovering many balls and helping a lot to Cristoforo and Novick/Piriz in mark. Also, he has the energy to move around all the field and do the simple rule of football, do a pass and move to looking for a pass again. Also, he is in EVERY Peñarol play, EVERY Peñarol play pass for him at least a once.
