What about *Playmaking?
Not only cause' he's a natural AMF, but also cause' his habits in the pitch (dictates tempo, tries through/killer passes, etc.)

Yes that star is a MUST for Jorge Valdivia's style. The same for Passing*.

And i really know about his Short passes.

My suggestions

TS: 79
ACC: 83
AG: 86-87
SPA: 86
SPS: 83
LPA: 84
LPS: 79
TW: 85

Much better than Mati Fernandez in passes stats.

TS: 79

SPS: 83
LPA: 84
LPS: 79
TW: 85

Much better than Mati Fernandez in passes stats.

based on those suggestions I would assume that he is better than those in short passing:

85: Sneijder, Gago, Baraja, Alex Hleb, Benayoun, Monterrubio, Bodmer, Del Piero, Ibagaza
84: Mikel, Raul Garcia, Maniche, Simao, Mascherano, Seedorf, Ze Roberto, Scweinsteiger, Lincoln, Borja OUBINA

And in long passing you are saying that he is as accurate as Ribery, Ribas, Giggs, Ballack, and Gourcuff !!!

is that really true??

With his current stats he might already be the top passer in west asia, so I dont believe they can go up, especially with those suggestions, also we have to consider that the UAE league is very weak in Asia, and its not hard to be a good player there, so his current stats already put him far away from other players in the league

I agree on decreasing TS, ACC, and Agility

Next Targets:
1) Completing Qatar NT (Done)
2) Completing Al-Rayyan + Al-Sadd (Done) + Al-Arabi < Long way to go :D

Valdivia was already one of the best players in Chile before he came to the UAE, this guy is totally pure quality from what I have seen of him, I actually agree with *Playmaking, I don't really know about passing though, I'm just not sure if he really deserves it or not, but I think his Team Work is quite underrated, it can be notched up a couple of points in my opinion.
And the UAE league is not a really weak league, It's actually one of the best in the Arabian Gulf after the Saudi and Qatari league.
Just to summary; Agree with increasing TW, adding *Playmaking, and more discussion about *Passing, further more, his passing stats are good as they are, at maximum, his SPA could do with a tweak no higher than 85 if you insist, because he does have some great accuracy in his short passing.

That are just number that came to my head...

But if you saw him before the UAE league in Brazil he really deserves at least a 85 in SPA. LPA is accurate but are not good crosses 'cause he haven't a great speed.

TS: 79
ACC: 83
AG: 86-87
SPA: 85
SPS: 83
LPA: 83
LPS: 77
TW: 85

Agree with this??

In NT he came on and the team grow up a loooot scoring two goals immediately. Matches before he assist with an incredible accurate. Ill try to stick some videos here.

well, I'm sorry but the ladders are not updated
I just looked into gago's stats and he had 82 for passes
but I dont believe valdivia is better than sneijder,,
I have watched the player a lot, and I'm impressed with things he have done with Al-Ain, but with these suggestions you are pushing it over the edge.

his passing is definately better than what's seen here... but LPS and SPS seem higher than SPA and LPA

What we look today of him is not his better show. His passes skils are waiting until he can play as an offensive midfielder.
