I think his df should be 85 because he is a top class defender and has helped Palop keep so many clean sheets this season!

Fixed the name, gave him a number, gave him a name, updated his age and gave him a flag :D

I reckon we could make a few more changes to Squillaci here.

He has a greater level of stamina than the first post indicates. He covers a lot of ground without feeling too much fatigue within the later stages of the match, and he often reminds me of John Terry or Nemanja Vidic in how he seems to be involved with a lot of the match's moments. So I'd probably put his Stamina at an 85.

I'd also raise his SPA very slightly to a 74 and I'd raise his SPS to a 78-79, Squillaci puts a lot of power behind his short passes particularly when he passes it to the central defender he is paired to (Thank God Escude has a good first touch, ey?). He puts too much power in his short passes in fact!

His Aggression should also go slightly higher, the current value I'd give to Escude and Squillaci goes forward a lot more than Escude! So I'd say a 60-62 value would be fair ;)

Updated first post with Gooner's suggestions. I standarized FKA too.

I have another suggestion... about Condition. He player 3898 minutes last season with Sevilla... The second player more used on the team, being Palop the first with 4230 minutes... probably I'm wrong, but thinking that he is on NT too... can't he deserve a 8? He plays and plays and never gets tired, I think that he can play practically every match on a season (On Sevilla, he never got injured, If I'm not wrong). How much he got injured in the past? (probably a A player?).

He's definitely an 8 in Condition, I'm not sure about an Injury Tolerance raise though.

I updated conditionto 8 (discussed) and consistency to 7. He is very consistent on his game and practically always plays at the same level.

I discussed with Tom a Defence Revolution of La Liga... we rate so low our CB's in comparison with other leagues and we have to change it.

I will start with Squillacci, who we can put him on 85 in terms of Defence. About Response, I doubt. Do you think he is on par with Escude (85) being it on 84 in terms of Defence?

surprising to me find almost yellow values for speed. vs ireland looked a LOT slower than this.
surely defenders of 'movement' like Gamberini or Chiellini are faster than him.
In the Serie A's CBs speed ladder should get a lower value.

It's fantastic to see that you haven't based your suggestions on one match and that you've shown a great knowledge of his past and current performances at both a club and national level. The knowledge you've shown in the above post about his recent games for Sevilla was very good, and those 2 paragraphs about the way he speed was exhibited during his Lyon days was absolutely exquisite.

And Chiellini's speed stats are above Squillaci, what are you going on about?

I didn't understood the zuo's post too :?
Zuo, can you explain better your thoughts?
I really thought that Squillaci is well rated...

I understood it, I was taking the piss out of it.

He was saying that, on the basis of the game against Ireland, that Squillaci didn't look as pacy as his current stats suggest. But as we know, Squillaci is a pretty quick defender and that you cannot make suggestions based on one game (I'm saying one, I haven't a clue whether he watched the full leg).

Probably a lot of italian serie A players are underrated in terms of speed.
