if u use PES08 give all of the goalies 99 for all abilities but in other version of PES no u dont need it
anyway, 88 is so high for a goalie and 86 is a max value (in PES09 goalies are very good)

he rarelly stops a penalty??? i'm a barça fan, but he is the best penalty stopper in the world right now. if spain wins the euro, its thanks to him (spain-italy). 3 penaltys stopped is too much for any team. and he did that all years in any competition

now i dont remember situations but with Real Madrid he stops a lot of penaltys every year, and with the national team in the euro he stops almost every penalty against spain and in the 2006 world cup he stopped some.
if casillas dont have penalty stopper, any GK in PES has it

IMO Penalty stopper it's only for GK with high percentage of saves in PK, but you can't compare the PK from a gameplay, than a PK round when the match was end.
It's more easy to save a PK from a PK round, than a PK of gameplay and Iker don't have a high percentage of saves in a PK of gameplay, in this term Reina is so much better than Iker.

i absolutely disagree with you, Casillas isnt known for his ability to save PK
Ricardo(Betis) is a great example of an excellent PK saver

BTW, i dont remember any PK against Spain in the WC 2006
