There are two ways to perform this trick. The trick is performed by players when it is a quick change of direction. However there isn't really a known button combination for this. However it is rumoured that it may be easier to perform if you do a drag back first.

S19 – Quick Scissor Dribble
Enables Quick Scissor Dribble.

pes.neoseeker.com wrote:Quick Scissor Dribble or Reverse Step Over is a skill in PES 2010. To perform the trick, when facing --> press RIGHT and then DOWN. It can only be performed if you have the card for it.

S20 – Scooping
Enables Ball Scooping.

pes.neoseeker.com wrote:Scooping is a trick and a card used to chip over an oncoming player most commonly when they are sliding towards you. It can be used effectively to then break away from the defence to try and score a goal. It is performed by pressing DOWN from the way you are facing and then quickly pressing UP from the way you are facing.

S21 – Super-Sub
Improves player’s ability when introduced late on in the game

well... I don't have the game yet but the descriptions make things quite clear... I'll try to make use of them as soon as the others do.

what are the differences between the P items and the S ones?

Are some of them used at the command of the controller while some are inborn in players?

S comes from Special ... these are the classic stars that where in all pes versions until now ... P comes from Positional ... these cares can be active or inactive ... every player can chose when making the tactics before a match if he needs that quality ...

It always did, it's just that it was easier to see that in the shots than in the passes.

PS.: Seems like the "dummy runner" is something similar to the old "Post player", judging by the players that have been given this card.
Playmaking is gone, now we have "Classic nº10 - Ronaldinho", "Pinpoint passing - Pirlo, Xabi A." and "Talisman - Xavi, Deco, Iniesta, Rosiscky". They are all related toplaymaking somehow, but it's going to be harder to choose now.

Yeah, but if u play u'll see the freeroamer is really "free", while reaction is more just about the goal opurtunity. I don't like that card much to be honest, i was playing with england with both Gerrard and Lampard as CMFs and i had to turn one of them off.

it makes it quite realistic though... both Gerrard and Lampard play that way for their clubs and they both took a while to get accustomed to the other one in the english NT... the fact that u can switch one off gives you lots of possibilities

I would have said "fox in the box" was like the old *Post Player. Because if you look at the gif the player recives the ball and the defenders are attracted to him as he holds it up and lays it off.

So again Konami have given it a name which has nothing to do with what it actually does.

Does anyone have the piggyback guide to all of these?

Great job Nrby, judging from the gifs, "Fox in the Box" does look like the old *Post Player, "Goal Poacher" like *lines, & "Talisman” like *Playmaker.

I think it's very important to know if the cards themselves can contradict themselves or be considered as supplementive.

I'm thinking of players who might warrant a box to box and enforcer for example. I think its necessary to know how that can effect a player in game
