You already had injured players before.

Goalkeepers:
Steve Harper
Joe Lewis
Danny Cowne

Woahhh, wait a second here. There's no Kieran Westwood, Scott Carson, Julian Speroni or Lee Grant. Whats up with that?

As for the Defence how'd you leave out Krisztian Timar or Ashley Williams?

The midfield's also questionable, I'd toss in the likes of Ferry Bodde and would even consider Graeme Dorrans after sopme of his sterling perfomances this year. Giles Barnes could also even be considered.

For the attack Craig Mackail-Smith, Fryatt and Ameobi could be easily included.

Ameobi is a no-no, but I was about to suggest a lot of the names you mentioned. For the goalkeepers, they are completely wrong, Westwood is most probably the best goalkeeper in the Championship and how can you forget the likes of Julian Speroni, Richard Wright and even as an outside chance... Paul Rachubka. Defenders, again, Aron Gunarsson is a central defensive midfielder, not a defender! Coloccini is a bizzare choice also, as he is considered a massive waste of money by the majority of Magpies fans. Where is Jamie Ward, Kristzian Timar, Ashley Williams and Daniel Fox even Luke Chambers is worth a shout. The midfield should definitely include Lee Williamson and Ferry Bodde is a definite. Other shouts for midfield could be Charlie Adam and Michael McIndoe. I'm not really sure what Heidar Helguson has done to deserve a place on the Championship all stars to be honest, although he might just about make it... at a push. What about Tamas Priskin, Marcus Tudgay, Robert Hulse, Jay Bothroyd or Dexter Blackstock?

vandeach, personly i don't rate richard wright that highly but you got a point about westwood ill make some changes when i get chance in the next few days

i put gunnarson in defense becuase he deserves to be in the first 11 but Alan Smith plays in his position so i listed him, as a defender

a lot of players that youve listed aren't in here becuase i don't watch much championship matches os only players ive know get in which is why people like Collocini and Helguson get in

Daniel Fox is at Celtic. Has been for a while too. Quality signing too, he's been called up to the Scotland squad if my memory serves me right. He's even dislodged the mighty Lee Naylor! :|

As for you saying its a major no-no on Ameobi, why? He was on fire and its blatently obvious that the Championship is the league for him, he's a similar type of player to Robert Earnshaw and Michael Chopra in that respect, class against poorer quality keepers and defences but just hasn't got that top notch instinct other strikers in the EPL have.

Also @ Chelseakid, who cares if they're not on here, surely they can be made. I'm sure one of the Championship mods could make them, sure if they're mod's they must have enough knowledge to make players who I'd rate as the best in the league.

Also, surely you're kidding about having that Chelsea kid Ryan Bertrand in the squad [see what I did there], he's worse than another prodigy in the Championship, that being Nathaniel Clyne and Sheffields, well Totthenham's, Kyle Walker.

Another player who could be thrown into the mix could be Matthew Kilgallon of SU. I'll toss out a few more players who could be in the squad: Marek Matějovský, Darren O'Dea [Celtic's best defender], Scott Severin, Robert Koren, Ishmael Miller, Ross Wallace, Eddie Nolan, Emanuel Pogatetz, Sean St Ledger, Julio Arca, Wayne Routledge, Ben Watson, David Clarkson, Adriano Basso, Darren Purse, Mark Beevers, Darren Ambrose, Victor Moses, Miles Addison, Aaron McLean, George Boyd, Grant Leadbitter, Owen Garvan or even the class Tom Cleverley.

Oh yeah, Van you were kidding about Dexter Blackstock right?

I honestly believe Lonergan is in the best 3 keepers in the league.

And Wallace, Parry, Mellor deserve a shout too.

Van, Williamson is good but not that good!

Yes, I support Preston.

No love for Van Persie or Robinho? Alex doesn't really deserve a place considering that there's quite a number of defenders already.
I dont really agree with the first XI either.

post your first 11

Just guessing Rooney would be up front?

I realise he is better than Drogba but i would rather have him than Shrek up front due to his abilitys as a target man

Actually no, i rate Drogba ahead of Rooney. I actually think he's the most complete striker in the world when on form.
I just rate our defenders better than yours :P

my XI would be probably be

REINA (GK)
JOHNSON (RB)
FERDINAND(CB)
VIDIC (CB)
EVRA (LB)
ESSIEN (CM)
ARSHAVIN (RM)
GERRARD (LAM)
LAMPARD(AM)
DROGBA (CF)
TORRES (CF)

fair eough i only chose cole and carvalho over evra and rio beusea of me being a chelsea fan however i didsn't pick lampard becuase i am really bias towards him (he is my favourite player of all time) and i wanted the formation to be a typical 442 with wide players

I suppose Coloccini was put there because of his NT caps for Argentina. He's basicly one of the celebs in that league.

I'm against you

No, he's been class thus far in the Championship, as has Jonas, along with the rest of the Newcastle team.
