I think he is an excellent player who is quite overlooked. The thing about him that really stands out in my mind is his excellent defensive positioning...he's always making quick movements, covering for teammates, moving around constantly so that he is in a good position. He's not a true DM, but he really acts like one by covering a lot of the pitch, favoring defensive positioning over offensive chances. I know it's virtually unheard of for a CM to have *Covering, but he does a great job at it.

He has fantastic stamina. I gave him the 84 because he doesn't sprint constantly on the flanks like a winger, but makes a lot of quick and sudden movements with occasional bursts (thus the 73 for aggression). With that said, I wouldn't be opposed to upping his Stamina and Mentality a notch or two.

I'd definately up his Mentality into the range of an 83. I honestly don't believe he's worse in that aspect than say Lucas Leiva and Tom Huddlestone. When being fielded as a CM, he's also the very first midfielder to charge back when a ball is lost.

Also, are you sure he sucks this effin' much in Defence? This'd probably make him the worst possible player to fill in at DM ever.

I think he's passing is slightly better, this is a bit harsh. I noticed a couple of games that he's long pass isn't that bad.
I suggest atleast : LPA 72/73 and LPS 74/75.

Mentality and Teamwork are for the new standards still much to high. For me he isn´t a real leader. His Mentality is better than his Teamwork.
