Julgui, a question.
Is there any reason for 66 SA/ST? Just curiosity.

Am I the only who watches this guy slow as hell? In no way I'd rate him in TS in a yellow number.

*Playmaking and no Talisman?
Don't you think he drives the ball a lot to deserve 1-touch play? (yeah he can make it fine, but if he does it more often, argentinean and valence football will grow up in speed and will become more unpredictable)

Do not think it's a slow player (At least below 80 in TS). : It costs a lot of the "start" but when you can accelerate, has a good TS (obviously nothing exaggerated). This is seen when running from behind rivals to regain his position.

Xyder wrote:*Playmaking and no Talisman?

The ability to create game is undeniable but when he has to be the centerpiece for the "creation" and every game has to go through your feet, the thing is complicated. Also, generally, is not a fundamental part where if he plays poorly the whole team is affected in offensive situations as in cases of players like Xavi (in Barcelona), Riquelme (in Boca) our Cesc (before in Arsenal).

It is true what you say about your 1-touch. Put often occurs depends on the game and desire, since there are usually play games where the ball retaining nauseum nd others where it is always 1-touch. The skill, technique and quality is clear who owns it. Maybe I could be as optional.

Excellent discussion is beginning.

Yes, because of that reason Seb, I'm claiming for a huge decrease of his ACC; it's just terrible, if you want mantain his 80 in TS (I don't agree), the proper value to ACC would be something like 74/75 to represent his awful firsts metres.

Why did you rate him that low in da and tech? A mean that's obvious he wasn't as good back then as in 86' but I can't believe he lost that much of it. They are very specific skills you barely lose with time(esp tech). Regardless if we rate prime Maradona at 98 or 99 da he couldn't gone to that bad. On the other hand my knowledge about him comes form youtube videos mostly so I can be horribly wrong. No matter what I'd like to hear your explanation if you can be that gentle ;)

Agree with you, but completely not

great set julgui (like always practically), i was waiting for it...

i have some questions  ...
about his SPA, obviously you watch more of him compared with me, but his passes were so good (very similar to riquelme's passes) also in that time? compared with 86's diego, have -2 in SPA but have 4 points more in SPS and +2 in TW, with this set he can do great passes (like with that set of teh 86)... anyway, like i said, you watched more of him
and his aggresivines, with 81 in AGG plus ATT/DEF: S/OFF is not too much? is only a question (i don't test it already, could be a bit high but i'm not sure anyway, maybe the C. num 10 do him more static) he always was really aggresive, but i have that doubt

also IMO in that time he was not so good in RES, IMO was a more vague player

and BALhe always was a good player to cover the ball (with a short body but with much power), i know he was worse compared with 86 era, but with the lose of speed he learn or try to cover the ball better IMO sometimes, are you sure 4 point less is fine?

this set is the most expected for me but I hope also that of the 81  ... good work

THANKS FOR EVERYTHING, THERE WILL BE NOT ANOTHER LIKE YOU

The difference is remarkable, not in quality but in physical form. So a player with a so low form, undoubtedly affected technically. Since the body does not respond as desired.
Keep in mind that in these years, his life was anything.

Do not forget those years and became more static, and played for the team (So Classic No. 10) But one thing that always is still being competent in their passes, ductility with the ball was something amazing, even in those times where everything is more difficult.
In his last period, and not so easily reached the penalty area and the test 81, it became very real. In BAL, no doubt the difference with the Maradona of 86 is remarkable.
As I said before: "So a player with a so low form, undoubtedly affected technically. Since the body does not respond as desired."

Soon I will make my set of 1979-1982
