He is a work-machine and he can score many goals. I hope he does well in foreign teams...

I've seen him closely lately, I think he is faster, a better dribbler, better at evading deffenders, better shoter and a better athlete than these stats suggest. I hope somebody (PMC?) has watched him at Dinamo Bucuresti. Now that he moved out of the albanian league and can prove himself elsewhere, we could give him an update.

sadly these stats don't really represent what he does right now at Dinamo but I don't know if I should update him or not for now since he might be just in a bad form.

So far it seems like Bakaj has problems with pressure which affects his game... his coach now proposed him to play as AM/SS with all freedom in attack in order to help him gain his confidence again. I think we can indeed lower his mentality a tad as he seems very passive, easily intimidated and irregular in his game. This fragile attitude might be described best by giving him something like 70/71 for mentality. The rest seems okay for now but I'm unsure wether or not he deserves that high of defence either... he doesn't defend much at all... even Sanmartean does alot more defending work and I'd rank him on a level with Adailton.
