Needs an update. Dribbling accuracy +2, Passing accuracy +5, Passing speed +7, long pass accuracy +3, long pass speed +2. Also needs dummy runner.

His movement is really good, he opens up space for his teammates quite well. He is able to participate in the build up, his link up play is very good and he always holds the ball well despite 2-3 opponents around him.

Are these suggestions still valid?

I agree with dummy runner. He's clearly a player who opens spaces for his teammates. We can't see much about it this season, because Bjelica changed the system.

My suggestions for Stats:
DA +2, SPA +1, SPS +3 maybe 4
Refering to his performance 2012/13 i would give him SA +1, resp. +2, ATT +1 or 2. All about the same level with Linz and Soriano.
He often got the ball alone in front of the goal and scored or he captured the ball, dribbled a bit an scored. Unfortunately we don't see this qualities in 2013 so far.

yeah well Austria seems stuck in a crisis so far. Probably because their results in the CL kinda caught up to them.

I'm not sure if Phillip really deserves better stats, but he's only 24, so I think he's still getting better. He nearly got transferred to Hoffenheim this summer (Austria wanted too much transfer money, Hoffenheim still has him in focus) and was champion marksman with 32 goals.
I strongly insist on dummy runner, that's what he is.
