He is a good player but he never played in Ligue 1 and there are a lot of better player than him even in LIgue 2. May be Newcastle feel him as a good potential... He has good dribble skills but nothing so impressive. Like Traoré at Milan it's a strange transfert :D

Going by their luck/expertise in recent transfers, he'll turn out to be a fantastic buy.

Yes Papiss Cissé was a player of Ligue 2 and he scored a lot here. The first who looking at this market is Wenger :D but now it's really an european market (Constant to Serie A, Koscielny to Lorient for 6 months before Arsenal) because the major part of the player are young and they've got good potential. So may be he can be a very good player. He is very similar to his brother without the shooting abilities, and Romain is slower in his movements.
