Agree, the last matches he hasn't got injuries and starts to give his trully level, what a pity he couldn't be at Camp Nou this saturday.

I'd lower his stamina to a 79/80 value he really struggles with ful lgames.

I disagree, cause he is always running in the wing, and like RM only plays by one wing (the other wing is empty), so the attacking plays are focused in robben wing (or drenthe when he plays), and that demand high stamina with a big wear of it.
I think 82 (his current value) is a bit under the average for winger, and that suits him good i think.

Stamina is well placed.
Where I have a doubt is in Attack. Why he is in par with some good strikers if he isn't a box player?

And another question about velocity stats.
Robben really deserves 92 TS and 95 ACC ? I know he is really fast with the ball. This stats make him one of the 10 faster footballers in the world.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes he is one of the fastest, imo one of the 5 fastest, he can pass players just with his speed

well.. current speed stats I do like 
honestly.. like it's been said, Robben is hellishly fast.. but tbh.. don't think he is in top 10.. like top 5 is made of players 95+ I think

he is indeed super-lazy imho.. but TW may be as well underrated.. he isn't that clumsy at team working at all I think! when we look at other wingers.. I think he could do with a decent increase
but not exactly to C. Ronaldo level..
