I would change some attributes:

Shot Accuracy: from 70 to 80 - he is known for very good shots
Condition/Fitness: from 5 to 7 - he is only 19 and always play for 90 minutes
Weak Foot Accuracy: from 6 to 8 - his main characteristic so far is that he can pass, cross and shot with both legs with the same quality. He can even play as LB and RB.
Weak Foot frequency: from 4 to 8 - for the same reasons above.

I would also improve the passing attributes, shot technique and improve all the other attributes by 2 or 3 since he has shown a lot of improvement in during the last 2 months, becoming a 1st team player and being select twice as the best LB in a brazilian league's round.

Ok, it might be a bit overrated (even though I believe the rates I gave are fair), but the current attributes are underrated as well, specially shooting, passing and the weak foot attributes. The current stats were set when he was playing for the U20 team. He had a difficult start, but now he is in the 1st team and playing very well.

Compare with Vitor (form Palmeiras as well), is he so much better than Gabriel ?

Agree in parts.
His Weak foot attributes aren't 8, I think the only player around the world that deserve 8 is Adriano from Barcelona, he can easily use both legs, like an ambidexter, different than Gabriel, that use both legs with an great accurate but his left leg is much better than the other, and he use it not every time like Adriano. So I suggest 7 in both stats.
About Shooting and Passing skills I suggest:

The comparison with Vitor: At this moment Gabriel is better but like you said Gabriel had a difficult start, but Vitor have this too, and when the both were becoming in one good moment Vitor pick one injure, so I think that when both start to play currently together we can did this comparison correctly.

Okay, I see what you are saying and I agree about the weak foots. I would also add that Petkovic is another that should be 8 since even free kicks he shots with both legs, depending on the side the free kick is.

i think his lpa is very good to 80 ,i'm impressed with his long passes,but he just starting , we need to be conservative for moment...sa 78 is too high for a sb,considered top sb brazilian league have 73 or 74,st too ..

i agree to update SPA, SPS, LPA, LPS, SP, WFA, WFF. but no way, he deserve green value in SA or ST. he must have low's 70, as every great shooter SB.

Basing on vids, he seems to have no explosion. His acceleration is bullshit, and he takes a long time to make-up his speed. I personally would say that even a TS 82 / ACC 79 semmed fair to me. But I repeat: I'm basing on vids. His long passes semmed wonderful, when I came to this thread, I was expecting for seeing him at low yellows in both LPA and LPS. Maybe LPA 81 and LPS 80. On dribbling, he reminds me a bit of Kléber: a not really agile SB, a decent control, but lack speed. So, I wouldn't disagree with first post, though I have rated him at AGI 81, DA 80 and DS 79. His Response could go up to 80. He's aware of what's happening on his side of the field, and seems to have a decent timing. His positioning on attack reminds me a lot of Kléber on his old days, and Gabriel, on Fluminense day's. He doesn't stick on the left side, much for other hand: he likes to move around, ingress on the box... I would say his ATK can be at 74, on pair with Gabriel.

For now, this is my general vision of Gabriel.

P.S.: And he doesn't deserve a 7 on WFF. At most, I would say a 6. But, honestly, I prefer a 5. Maybe WFA could be 7.

I've seen him playing several times. About the explosion, I would say he has a very good explosion, but he doesn't use it often (that's why I might not seen that in the videos). If you check some plays, specially when he is defensive ones, and I will be able to see it. Based on that, in my opinion, the current values for Speed and Acceleration are fair.

I agree with Pedala this point, Gabriel use his right foot but not too often as you are saying.
I think you have seen Gabriel at Copa São Paulo de Junior, and when he change side with Luis, Gabriel and Luis go in diagonal like side midfilders to deserve good shots whit their best leg, and not to deserve quality crosses with the "worse" leg. So I think he has one good accuracy with Right leg, but he didn't use it so often as you said.

About his explosion I think the first post are fair for now, Response and ATK agree with you and pedala.

I've seen him playing in almost all the matches with the 1st team (last 3 or 4 months). And what I've said was based on that. Checl the videos on youtube, specially when he is dribbling. But anyway, This is just my opinion.

I see the games too and in my opinion he deserve 6, for me he will deserve 7 when he start to use it much more than now, and for his current position, LB, it isn't necessary. He use right leg in some dribbles, and some shots (like his last goal) but he use his left much MUCH more, to make dribbling and crossing, you can see it when he steel the ball next to the box, he prefer to did it completely with left foot.
