Why is it 89? You don't give any real reason at all.

Why? Because 93 is a hell precision, and this isn't Zarate. Mauro is more about quickness and speed. I like much more how konami rates him in dribbling - more AGI and DS and less DA, with this stats he is more real: he still can retain the ball greatly, but by the other way. This way (from PSD), with a bit less explosiveness and a huge control doesn't suit him well, from my point of view, because he hasn't such a great control for this 93 number.
