So is this just going to go ignored? We've all disagreed to Drogba's FK stats, so now back to the matter at hand. His Balance.

Paddy wrote:No. I mean as in I think we should take into account that he can play strongly, but that could be influenced by his arrow. in accordance to this:

I think we should account for his Orange days, as realistically the Red arrow shouldn't be in game, in my opinion anyway.

In regard to the image it says on an orange arrow day he'd have 6%+. So on an orange day he could still have his current value of 94 with a value of 89. Also, on a blue arrow day with 89 he'd be -12%. Which would make him 78 in balance.

I think that 89 is the best value for the Balance stat taking into account the form guide.

of course he's not accurate, and he often chooses the keeper side. but i've seen some nice atempts from him, and i would never dare to go for direct freekick with these stats, maybe 81 is too much but i don't think 75/78 is fair, he should at least have some decent swerve, although i have to agree he's not accurate. i can never score this way, maybe i'm just bad at taking pieces?! btw, anyone can do this (below) with these stats?

Drogba is certainly more than a 94 on an orange arrow day! He's physically unstoppable when on such an arrow day and can make reasonably strong players look like rag-dolls (He managed to make Titus Bramble ping off of him, and Bramble's no weakling especially when, he too ,was having a very good match). A slight decrease is perhaps warranted, but not to an 89! Cor, could you imagine how much Red_Phoenix would rip into such an update, Paddy?

You have to understand how f'ing hard it is to try and rate him. I know you did a good job on him, but to make him play like he does in real life, is near impossible. They way Konami have made the game play, in the words of Didier himself, "is a .... disgrace" :D

What we really need is for their to be a feature on the Formation & Tactics section which enables the COM to make a player dive, and that'd sort out every single problem we'd ever have with such players and their Balance values. :D

I still think we need to lower his balance though. Surely you agree, don't you?

I did say beforehand that a decrease wouldn't be too bad, and judging from the overall strength he has exhibited this season he shouldn't be too close to Carew in this area. But again, it shouldn't be a major one, perhaps by 2 points at the most?

He's a beast, thats why he has fantastic physical strength and is probably the strongest player in the Premier League, the only way he has a lower value is because of his antics. I mean 89?! He is just starting to regain form and is not falling over so often. I'm not sure if a change is needed.

If you read the whole argument, we'd settled on 92, not 89 as I had wished.

92 is the absolute minimum ... and that's for what I would settle for ... as we can't make him drop to often :P

My bad . I still wouldn't drop it yet, he's a beast and on a 'yellow arrow day' he should have a 99, the most I'd go is 93, don't know if many people are going to agree though.

I agree that shot accuracy could come down a tad. But not because of those stats. With a 89 in Shot Power he will fire off some unstoppable shots. But in terms of actual placement he isn't as good as an 85 suggests.

How does 83 sound?
