Alright, I've approved this set. However his values for stats like DEF and MEN are somewhat debatable. I'm not either sure if he's that competent w/his left foot to deserve WFA/WFF 7/8. But I know he's currently the most promising CB prospect in Chile.

The DEF and MEN I think it is so, but obviously can be modified.
The WFA/WFF, I draw on his interview after his debut, in response to the question "Righty or lefty?", He said "I drive both." The 7 I give to doubt, but if you believe this, should be 8.

I've watched a compilation of his best moments before writing here, he seems good at dispossesing the ball from opponents, plus has a good dribble and seems to go forwards sometimes (why so low ATT, in that case?). I'm not against giving players what they need, but truly giving an 82 in DEF to a 18 years guy (with few matches in first div, right?) seems exaggerated, more if (being respectful for Chilean league) he doesn't play in a first line league. In AFA we have some young CBS with NT future, as Lisandro López and Burdisso, rated 81 after several seasons and with improving performances, just for you to take into account... Dribbling stats seem a bit low too, from what I've seen. Don't take this literal again, just use your knowledge and apply it into the set, previously learning what every stat produce. Greetings

Really, you are right.
Maybe the proportion between ATT and DEF could be another, having played as a DM... maybe ATT: 61, DEF: 77? what do you think? What do you suggest?
he advance to headers, but not accustomed to attacks in dominated play.

Made some tweaks. As gotaa said, in other words, his RES must be over his DEF. His reactions and reading of the game are somewhat incredible for his age, but sometimes he's caught out of position due to a combination of lack positioning and coordination with the rest of the D-Line (hence I lowered both DEF and TW).
His first touch is also quite good for a CB of his age, so I boosted his TECH a couple of points. He can be dangerous when going forward at set pieces, but not exactly by scoring himself but by flicking the ball with a header to a teammate who has better chances to score.
Regarding the use of his weak foot, it will take more time to analize it, but I'll keep it just as it is by now.

I made some changes, as I had some values that seemed exaggerated considering the rankings and player's age

I did a little update, i reduce his passes cause it loses to many balls to quit playing and not give out safety. physically now is better.
