There is absolutely no way he is getting updated to anything higher than 85, he's getting decreased, he's weak as fuck and needs to bulk up, there're several area's which can improve in the stats, notably attack, defence, aggression and jump, but his strength is his major weakness and he won't improve until he does some gym work, I could see his current balance on either 82 or 83.

83 is the value I have given him temporary in my OF, for balance and defence, 62 for attack as well and 86 for jump, not sure for aggression
