Cosmin Matei was quite possibly the most technical player of Farul Constanta and Liga2. A very stunning young product of Farul's academy he'd have made a starting spot his own if he were a bit more constant in his performances. His technical abilities are absolutely stunning but rarely overly effective and can be quite frustrating to watch. Nonetheless a player easily above the average in romanian football in general.

I watched him closely vs. CFR Cluj... he improved in some areas but I was way too nice to him with DA... I lowered it 79 but upped agility... he relies heavily on his ability to turn quickly but he definately isn't as safe with the ball as 82 DA would suggest.
