Isn't it time to update this guy? He's been outstanding in every game he played, and has almost every week made the team of the week on his RB-position. Especially his crossing needs BIG updating: he's been the most consistent crosser in years, probably since Beckham! Looking at his stats now, you would say he's OK, but not more than average. He's absolutely brilliant in crossing! I believe 83 for LPA and 85 for LPS would be more up to date, but really still underrated.

Attk/Def/agg 75/68/84 (In looking at Belhadj, Bosingwa is 1 better in attack, def & agg. Does that sound right? I never thought of Bosingwa a good defensive "attacking" SB
Response: 76 (is he that bad? I think if we lower his def a couple, we could raise his response a few. Unless he gets caught un in a attack far too often?)
Curling: 71 (this effects quality of crosses also. I feel he has better swerve than this)

Agreed. His curling shoud massively improve as well, I'm talking about low 80's.

I'd say he's far more agile than 80 too. I'd give him between 84 and 87. How about 76 for curling, 78-80 for response. If 83 and 85 are too high for crossing how does 82 and 81 sound?

I really believe 83 and 85 aren't too high: too low maybe, but no way too high. He's been massive, the best right-back of the season so far, and especially his crosses have been outstanding. Probably the most consistent crosser since Beckham.

I can't quite remember what I stuggested for crossing on the old site, but I think something along the lines of LPA: 83, LPS: 81, Curling: 79 would be good.

I haven't seen Maicon play a lot, but indeed I've heard he's also been fantastic so far. Anyway, I meant he best RB in the EPL.

@Vranny: Those stats still make it seem he's just above average for crossing. I don't know how many times you've seen him play, but he deserves far better than that.

Agree that curling,agility and long pass stats need updating

I think DA could go up by a few points as well, he is better than that in close control

DS should be 89/90, he is quick with the ball

Great Player, definitely the best right back in the league at the moment. I think this lad has everything a right back needs to be successful. He's adapted to the Prem so quickly, which tells me he is fast, strong, brave and confident.

I agree with the suggestions and reasoning in this thread so far, Id personally go with

Defence: 65
response: 80
Agility: 82
Dribble accuracy: (not sure, maybe raise by two points ) I don't think his ball control is this much worse than Eboue)

Long Pass Acc.: 83
Long Pass Speed:83 ( Can whip them in with good pace and curl so a bit more than 81 imo)

Curling: 79

Im also unsure about his speed. No doubt that hes quick but im not sure that his ts and acc should be balanced like this. i think builds up to his top speed a bit slower than Mendy who i think is a bit faster . Id knock acceleration down by two

I agree with everything except DA, he's really clumsy at times.. one point up the max IMO
The rest has my agree there. He really needs an update.

Raised Agility, LPA, LPS and Curling.
Although for me at least 3 of those values need to be higher. I'll come back to him when i have the time.

Surely his aggression has to be higher, he gets down the wings more than most midfielders.

True and the truly great part in him is that he can defend effectively too..
I'm thinking of raising defence a bit TBH.. if Abel has a 70 he should get a 69 at least..

He's looking much better now, aggressive, fast, great crosser. I could easily see his defence going up 1 or 2, perhaps 1 would fit the ladders a little better.

No that we've made a lot of stats higher I'd like to propose reducing his body balance, nothing drastic but maybe put him at 78 which means he'll be on par with Evra.
