The thread looks nice, try to make a 32 men squad, they may be more complete than a 23 men squad ;)

Jagielka is more worth a place than Alex and you'd have to be a complete idiot to put Valencia in over Arteta.

my list is based on form and fitness, jagielka and arteta are both injured so they are not included, the same reason Joe Coles not included, however when thye start playing again they will be in the list

well done though you spotted that i am a complete idiot, ;) most people don't notice ;)

Then why are Luka Modric and Edwin Van Der Sar on the list then?

What? Jagielka over Alex? :o
Alex is better by miles IMO, Jagielka is quality, but Alex is world class, i cant believe you picked on Alex.
I'm really happy Carragher is not in the list, hes a joke now IMO.

Sorry to use the 'Big 4 card' but if Jags played for Chelsea, he'd be much higher thought of.

I think Carvalho shouldnt be in the list, because he didnt play last season, i personally think that Alex is better than Carvalho now days, but hes injured, but im trying to make a point that if Alex can compete carvalho for a 1st place in a team like chelsea, that means hes quality, even Guus chose Alex over Carvalho at the end of the season, when Carvalho came back of injury.
Sorry but Alex is much better than Jagielka imo, he can score free kicks, he strong, great positioning, score headers.
I know Jagielka is class but you seem to be really overrating him now

i agree with you Van, but i still think Alex deserves to be on the list more becuase of his set piece skill and goal threat

Ofcourse Carvalho is better than Alex, but these days we all know Alex is much better, but i think Carvalho will return to his best form in a few weeks, he still have the chance to be the 1st choice.

Cech should be removed, 4 goalkeepers aren't necessary and putting Given in the starting 11 is ridiculous.

Well if were going on current form Alex isn't even playing at the moment, id personally rate Hangeland above him. 4 goalkeepers does look too much. Stephen Ireland or Gareth Barry deserve a spot somewhere and Ryan Giggs should come in for Valencia, he can still run rings around most of these players even at his age.

In all honesty Brezza, I would rather have Arteta in my team than Giggs, he is much fitter, quicker and a better crosser too, but I guess it wouldn't kill to have them both in there. Also Given shouldn't be first choice goalie, definitely not.

For fucks sake, Lennon, Valencia and Wright-Phillips but no Arteta? How about we add Bramble and Ben Foster too .
