Spoilt for Choice :o but made some changes

Fahrudin Jusufi comes into the defence for Bessonov. Seeing as he can play both sides dropped Demyanenko to reserves. Added Hatzipanagis, swapped Stojkovic for Bobek ( maybe Nedved would be the better choice?) added Dobrin and Strelstov one for Czibor, cant remember the other player :?

Id love to fit Stojkovic/Savicevic/Sekularac in the first team somewhere but the squad would be flooded with too many attacking midfielders.

Theres also Flórián Albert and Asparuhov to consider for strikers

No Pano? :(
Also Asparuhov and Stoichkov as the best bulgarian players ever, should be there. We should include players from all eastern europe, not just the best players.

Dobran should be pushing first team, not in the reserves!

HATZIPANAGIS should not be in teh first team or event the reserves. Netto should definitely be ahead of him.

Josef Bican?

And Bora Kostic too.

Oh, and Zmuda of Poland for defence.

Here''s the changes I would make for eastern europe:

GKs:
Goalkeeper line up is perfect.

DFs:
Jusufi -> Demanyenko. Jusufi is overrated here, he is not as good as Stankovic and Demanyenko is better than them both. Capped 80 times for USSR.
Popescu -> Khurtsilava. Popescu was a beast, easily one of the best defenders I've seen, but Khurtsilava is meant to be one of the best man markers of all time.

MFs:
Hatzi -> Netto. Hatzi is punching well above his weight getting anywhere near this team. Netto is far better, some consider him the equal of Bozsik.
Bobek -> Either Hidegkuti or Albert. Both of these Hungarian greats were superior to Stjepan Bobek. Scrap that, for Sarosi, who is better than all 3.

FWs:
Kubala -> Bican. Kubala should be in spain, not here, therefore, this is an obvious swap.
Milutinovic -> Czibor. Milutinovic simply isn't quite good enough to make this squad, brilliant though it was.

Also, I don't know if they qualify, but Sindelar and Ocwirk of Austria would both make the first team squad.

Starting lineup:

GK: Yashin

CB: Zebec/Shesternov
CB: Vasovic
CB: Khurtsilava

DM: Bozsik
DM: Netto

RW: Dzajic
CAM: Masopust
LW: Boniek/Hagi/Stoichkov

ST: Puskas
ST: Kocsis/Bican
