Looks like this guy isn't currently in the Dynamo Kyiv squad, Portuguese wikipedia says he's at Gremio, can anyone confirm that?

Header can be 82 , because he do 2 goals this way and looks like a shot or a punch and not a header .

He is, of the Gremio's players, what else needs adjusting.
He has good positioning, good response, great tackle. But the areas that need more changes are Mentality, Teamwork and Jump, IMO. He was hired to be the leader of the defense and soon supplanted Rafael Marques (a good center back).
Look at his jump when he makes the first goal (the defenders that day were Bolivar and Sorondo from Internacional, which are taller and has 84 at Jump):
I suggest to those who watch the game tonight against Santos, then we can evaluate it together.

He formed the trio of defenders of Sao Paulo with Miranda and André Dias, champions of the Brazilian League in 2008. Conceded only 36 goals and were 18 games unbeaten.

Attack needs a raise as well (60-62). He's great on corners (remember Gre-Nal)
