Is he a kind of CMF that doesn't know how to play. I mean is he just a ball stealer?

I was comparing him with Jonílson.
Besides Serginho was injured too much time, he is clearly much better than Jonílson.
Jonílson is the REAL ball stealer, and ONLY a ball stealer.
Serginho has much better dribble accuracy, altough his ball control and control time aren't great, I think I can up a little his acceleration, since Jonílson has more ACC than Serginho, and Dribble Sp and Acc.
Also a bit on technique, because Serginho and Jonílson are equal on that atribute, then, I MUST up that too.

Can I modify or must I wait for suggestions?

Yeah that was what I was thinking, I mean I saw nearly a full year of Jonílson (2008 in vasco) and he is a good ball stealer although his offensive playing is terrible. And I couldn't really see two limited DMFs in Atlético team who is very fast and technical and stuff...

You can change it, I really have no clue about him.

I think he is underrated in

Acceleration: 77 > 83
Agility: 78 > 80
Dribble Speed: 75 > 80
Shot Power: 74 > 78

We should include SB as one of his positions also.

Just to remember.
I still believe he deserves those updates.
Specially acceleration, despite of his lack of technique, he can reach high speeds in a minimal time.

I agree that his Acceleration and Body Balance should be nicely improved. He seems like an uncontrolled raging bull! He is very fast and strong, still he is some kind of imprudent. Still, he is doing nice in defense this year. I would lower his Teamwork and improve his Defense as well.
