Honestly I don't see his shots stronger than Shaqiri (84). He certainly puts good amount of power on his shots, but 84 is the max for Frank.

im from venezuela and i have seen all his appearances, he score once in a official match and i think that Acceleration is low, he is one of the fastets players i have ever seen. maybe 87 - 90 i think. actually people in venezuela call him "la flecha" means the arrow in spanish
