DA is not only about trick variety but also comtroling the ball in a 1on1 situation (together with Technique). Olic is able to pass two/three players not only by his speed but also due to his close hold of the ball.

Well, Olic is able to pass some opponents, but he is not often successful. 80 reflects that well I think.

Martok, it's not said that the players you named are rated correctly.

If Olic has 85 at DA, Marin for example should have 90 . I guess you agree with me that would be pretty sick.
Olic is a good dribbler, 85 makes him excellent.

and the DA thingy: Olic do have a great dribbling i think 84 reflects him well, his only problem is that he ddon't know when it's enough he always loose the ball because he's trying to dribble a lot
Imo he has very well dribbling and so 84 is correct

Thanks for your support. That's exactly what I was talking about. Olic is able to go past 2 or 3 players but then he's stopped by another defender. There was such a situation in yesterday's match against Hoffenheim, where he passed 2 defenders but was stopped by the 3rd Hoffenheimer althought he had the chance to pass the ball to his teammates.
And it wasn't the first time this season Olic made a dribbling like that

Some suggestions:

LPA: 75-76
He has decent flanks in his play and most of them find the teammate.
And therefore he is most of the time on the sideline to hit the ball into box, I think his LPA is too low.

Technique: ~82
Why do you rate him so low there? Well, he looks a bit gawky in his play, but he has a brilliant handling with the ball. He can take the ball very well to the ground after a crossing ball and he has still good tricks (it's not only the DA!) and also good passing abilities, where the Technique is also involved. From there I think 75 is really, really too low for him.

That value does not tell anything. It comes from the fact that he is running all the time. That leads to a high average speed.
Ballack for example is not fast, yet he had the highest value of all German players.

I agree with Helios that he does need a raise in Accel, but not because of the stats of Euro 2008, but due to the fact he has immense acceleration. I also think that his DS could come up too.

I wasn't basing my suggestion on such stats. He simply reaches a fearsome speed in a very short moment, almost instantly.

in my opinion he's should get at same acc value like odonkor or at least one below..

i don't know why it got lowered, and i think we have a problem because i think martok was suggesting to lower his technique to 76 and 2 post later calleklein updated it..now you suggested 82 and heui updated it...imo it's becoming a mess.. what was it before the first "update"? i think 81/82 but i'm not sure...and I'd like to see that value again...and guys no offence but plz don't update all suggestions immediately first let us hear some other opinions
so to sum up: acc to 93/94(maybe you think its a bit to high but that's how i'd rate him)

Olic is decent but many times he runs around like a headless chicken and his technique was lowered because he's obviously not near Eduardo technically
