That depends on one's standards. I think, at the moment a "C" wouldn't be wrong. Should he be able to stay away from serious injuries for a time span of considerable length in the future, one would still have the option of changing it back to "B".

He has really much talent but he isn´t using it, maybe he should get more chances to play.
At first we should delete Speed Merchant. also his long pass speed can get a little downgrade to 78. Also his Attack is a little overrated.He never shoots any Freekicks. Rest is fine.
