A very good player in his days, now he's aging and the effects are clearly visable. Still a quality player but not the player he used to be. Strong shot, good technique and good dribbler, good passer. Basically a well-rounded player, the only thing he lacks are defensive skills for a real CM role and great physical stats.

Santiago is rumoured to leave us at the end of the season to go and play in Mexico along with his brother Esteban.

Fun fact: Santiago comes from a family of professional football players, his brother Esteban plays in Mexico and has had a career at several clubs in Mexico, Europe and Argentina. His cousin is Fernando Redondo, the famous Real Madrid midfielder and his uncle Jorge Solari played for Argentina in the 1966 WC.

Does he have injury problems in his past. It seems like he can't stay heathy for San Lorenzo....

STA: 88 is too much for him, i'd rate him at 84 , i think it do him justice!
Speed: well he is not that slow, not that fast either
DA/TECH: well, pretty good at holding ball under pression and good at keeping tha ball close to his feet: The good old Solari!
Passing: well, better than the first post suggested, but nothing superb, just average!

There is no reasoning or explanation which I usually delete sets of stats. Explain changes at least.

Is he an AMF who used to play SMF....or is he a SMF playing some AMF?
DA/Tech - he has improved in these areas since inter?
Sta - why is 84 right?

I think so as well but I haven't seen a whole of him lately.

I'm thinking for now his agility could be in the high 70s and strength could be yellow.

I think he's a bit faster, something like 76/77 Top speed and 78/79 Acceleration.
And his Long pass acc. could be higher, 81/82.
And what do you think about increasing his mentaly? He deserves a higher value (78/79)
