Ture, but has a lot of time I propose to add *1 Touch-play. He always play with 1 touch, mainly to pass the ball back, leaning forward to the defenders or even for those who must cross, or in many other situations...

I suggest to add the Index Cards *Long Ranger, *Covering and *1-Touch-play. The first two is not necessary to explain (look at 'Special Abilities'), I think *1-Touch-play would represent his ability of holding the ball in possession. I don't really know about Box to Box, for me it doesn't fit for him, because he often stands behind to interrupt a counterattack and to play the ball fastly so that his teammates can create a superior number situation (I don't know how to explain that in english).

Yes I think "box2box" is more ffor midfielder who runs a lot everywhere like Perrotta-style who may deep low to defend in their box and go immediately up in counter attack in the opposite box, Motta way pf play is more static...

How about giving Motta 80 in everything?

He's good at just about everything, but, well not spectacular in anything.

I don't know, these stats seem good for me. Strong, physical player that generally sticks to the centre of the pitch and has some good passes in his left foot, but lacks any real speed and the ability to go past a marker. Fits Thiago Motta pretty well, I think.

Yes, you're right, but you can not put 80 in all...
80 in top speed, acceleration, shot accuracy, shot technique? Is too!
80 in balance, stamina, passes, shot power, header, mentality, team work? Is very little for him!

I'd raise his DEF, TS, ACC, DS. He isn't slower than Cambiasso, and he's not worse in Defence than Busquets...

Motta, to me, is one of those players who deserve to have green in both Attack and Defence.

tec: 83---> 82/81

And he's italian now.

he could have a higher Acc I reckon. Maybe Acc @ 77

Whoa, you watch him lately :lol: Maybe possible considering low response (deserved) but then he has covering* (deserved)

Maybe DA could be in yellow. He has good enough close control when maneuvering the ball away from prying feet espcially in the middle of park where he is often lax in possession.

Thoughts on passing stats? His passes are slow but he has good enough range. Maybe SPA @ 85 and SPS @ 82-83 if deemed necessary.

Lately I see him make good passes, but only short passes (ball on the ground), no long passes.

Retrieve dozens of balls per game, but he does too many fouls!

his Jump is really overrated. not really because he can't jump...or because of that number at 187 cm of height....but mainly because he hasnt really great timing or/and jump and he isn't composed in the air....again i remember him getting beaten in the midfield from some players shorter than him (as C.Zanetti 180 cm/75 kg 85 Bal and high 70's jump if i rember well)....with this decent/good response stat, big 'size' 187/83 and good Balance stat.....he need to get some decrease.....a guy like Migliaccio (ok, he's an 86 Jump) is much more strong in the air....but has 9 cm less, 11 kg less! 4 BB points less... honestly i'd go for a 78 Jump for Thiago Motta.....De Rossi is 3 Cm shorter and an 84 Jump....other metodistas or cm like Boateng (185) is 78 jmp or Palombo is a 76 (177)...and all have lower BB..
