Adílio de Oliveira Gonçalves, usually known simply as Adílio (born May 15, 1956) is a former Brazilian football attacking midfielder,[1] who played for the Brazilian national team.

Born in Rio de Janeiro, he was a talented midfielder, who played for Clube de Regatas do Flamengo between 1975 and 1987, during the most glorious years in the history of the Gávea club. During those years, he won virtually every competition he disputed: the Rio State Championship in 1978, 1979 (twice), 1981 and 1986; the Série A in 1980, 1982, 1983 and 1987; the 1981 Libertadores Cup, and the Intercontinental Cup, when he scored one of the goals of Flamengo's 3-0 victory against England's Liverpool.

I think he was faster than that. He could play as a winger too.

Adílio is too underrated. He had a rare dribbling ability, of course he was faster than 78 / 79 and his shots to goal were with much more accurate than 75, of course shot technique also increases. I suggest:

More positions: (He could play as WG and SMF, versatile player.)
Attack 76 --> 83 (at least, despite him play as central midfielder, he used to advance a lot and score several goals.)
Stamina: 81 --> 84 (Adílio ran quite in the game)
Top Speed: 78 --> 83 (Adílio used to beat many opponents with his speed.)
Acceleration: 79 --> 84 (he quickly reached to his top speed.)
Dribble Accuracy: 85 --> 88 (he had a great ability to dribble and was called by the narrator Waldyr Amaral "O Neguinho bom de bola" - The little black good player* because of his dribbling and feints.)
Dribble Speed: 78 --> 82 (Don't I need to explain it, need?)
Shot Accuracy: 75 -- 84 (His shots were very accurate, mostly inside the area)
Shot Technique: 78 --> 83 (He used to do many goals from difficult positions)
Curling: 78 --> 82 (He could put incredibles curves in the ball)
Technique: 85 --> 88 (Adílio was owner of a refined technique.)
Weak Foot Accuracy: 5 --> 6 (He had a good precision with his weak foot.)

* the translation isn't all correct, but it conveys the idea.

Flamengo, FC Twente e Real Oviedo só.

Adilio was surely faster than 78/79, I think he deserves TS 83 or 84 and ACC maybe 82-84. And his dribbling speed also have to be increased.
