INFO:
Armando Picchi (June 20, 1935 – May 27, 1971) was an Italian football player and coach. He usually played as sweeper.
Born in Livorno, Picchi played for Milanese outfit Internazionale, where, as captain, he won 3 national titles, two European Champions Cups and two Intercontinental Cups in the 1960s. He played for the Inter Milan team known as La Grande Inter. After his playing career was over, he went on to coach Juventus, but he died early because of cancer. The football stadium of Livorno is named after him.
When Picchi came to Inter he was a full-back. Herrera transformed him into the sweeper.
