Florian Hartherz is talented German lef back who's currently playing for Werder Bremen.He came in Werder last year from Wolfsburg.Florian is also standard member of German U19 national team,and from start year he became starter in Werder on left back position.

I created him from watching today's Werder match against Nurnberg.He's very similar on some characteristics with Dusko Tosic,former Werder's player.

Florian loves to join attack of his team,but his position in attack isn't so good,very average,but he's better in attack than defence.
He looks big,but today he lost a lot of duels and because of that I gave him 81 for Balance.
For Stamina,he was running a lot in first half,and from middle of second he got tired,he's still young,but he already player full five matches in Bundesliga this season,so I gave him 81.
For me,from 80 is player with good speed of player and Hartherz showed today to he's level is little behind it.
For his height he's very agile,and 78 isn't so bad level.
His reaction are very slow,I was thinking between 74 and 75,but 74 would be to low,so average 75 is ideal.
DA,DS and TEC: He is very poor dribble from what I saw today,one of the poorest fullbacks in Bundesliga.74 isn't so bad value for players born 1993.Like in DA,he isn't so fast with the ball,75 is very good because of his speed and acceleration.And Technique,his first touch is so bad,from 74 is solide for defenders and he's 2 points behind that.
Passing skills: For his short pass,it's very fast,but accuracy isn't so good.He's average now and it's surprising for me to his short pass are so solide...
Long passes are very precise,but crosses aren't so much fast.Today he sent few crosses and all was precise,all went to his team-mates.
Shot: His shot is strong for players of his years,and 81 is great for him.His shot isn't so precise,but he's sometimes triing,and 65 is point under average.
MEN and TW: He's very hard-working,today he was fighting a lot.And 78 is big stat for player of his age,but it's ideal.
And for end-Teamwork.He always first decide for pass rather then shot or solo dribbling.His communication with players he was exelent today,and I will best remember him for this abilities.

looks good to me so far though I'd change a few things. You've been a bit harsh with his passing stats, especially his crosses are very good. Also TW I would have rated somewhere in the low 70's, in the pre-season matches I have seen him he was always eager to better link up with his teammates. Also his shooting is better imo, at the U17 world cup last year he showed good skills in shooting and taking corners / free kicks. BB could be a tad lower as well as TS, he is more about his technique than being fast. And lastly I would change DA with DS.

[Hayame]

There are some new young promising player which need to be created the next weeks and months.

Marc-Oliver Kempf (Eintracht Frankfurt): Young CB. Plays in the youth team of Frankfurt as DMF. He´s is already a real good passer but need much more experience. Quiet solid Defender and dangerous in the offense. Also he is quite fast. The last 2 games he made his first games for the first team. I like him quite much. I work on a set for him.

Pelle Jensen (TSG Hoffenheim): 20 years old CB. Played till now 2 games for Hoffenheim.

Vincenzo Grifo (TSG Hoffenheim): Mostly used as SMF. Often used as Sub.

Vegar Eggen Hedenstad (SC Freiburg): Sometimes used as Sub on the Wing. Didn´t saw much of him till now.

Antonio Rüdiger (VFB Stuttgart): RB played some minutes in the Euro League. Don´t think that he get much chances when Sakai isn´t injured.

Shawn Parker (FSV Mainz 05): CF with good shooting and clever in his movements. Played quite good the last 2 games.

Ronny Garbuschewski (Fortuna Düsseldorf): Used as RMF. Quite good at passing and shooting. Takes most Freekicks.

So maybe I forgot 1 or 2 but I think we surely see more from them in the future.
