Yeah, Guardado has to be the Valencia's solution to the left side problems, even tho Piatti isnt half bad, after all its his first season and he is a quality player with no doubt, just needs a bit of time tho, even if Valencia can't offord to loose time now, i guess the perfect solution would be Alba as LMF and Mathieu as an LB, waiting for Guardado to, hopefully, join in summer or for Piatti to get his Almeria's form.

Time to Update? I really share Cale opinion and i am damn sure of how painfully slow his first meters are. Imo he isnt as fast as an 88, but i am fine with an 87 or even an 86 that might not be off the cards considering how often does he show such speed. And yeah tec could come down, an 79 could do the work as he already is quite stiff.

He is not that slow in his first meters. His main weakness when defending is his "average" positioning and his lack of agility. Hence, when he faces a small and skillfull winger, who does mazing run, he suffers from his lack of agility. IMO ACC should be, at least, 81. TS IMO 88, but I can live with 87.

He is having a terrific season so far. Against Sporting he gave his 6th assist in the league, 9th in all competitions. That´s an amazing figure for a SB.

As said, he deserves higher TS (at least 87) and lower TECH.

Hi everyone, first message here in Pes Stats Database. I just wanted to say that I feel Mathieu's pace could very well have his Top Speed in orange figures. I don't like him as a player and I agree in general with the ratings, but he's fast as hell. Not as quick in the first yards as Jordi Alba, but I think he's faster on the long run.

I'm not sure too about his TS, he's fast yeah, but those values don't convince me, as some users said, I feel him better on TS 87 and ACC 79.

He doesn't look anything better than a white Agility and I don't see Acc over greens either. Yesterday Manuel Pablo dribbled past him quite easily and later Riki just destroyed him in terms of both Agility and Acc-wise. And you have a problem when those two manage to do such a thing against you.

Could be, he really takes a while, and I think he's taking even more time to reach his TS (Which I still find rather high).

I think he was injured when those things happened. He couldnt really run and he had to be replaced.

When did he got the injury? Those happened in the first minutes of the second half I think, and I'm confident about seeing him running at full speed later (Manuel Pablo wasn't a match there of course).

Even taking a possible injury into consideration, I still think current AGI and Acc are way too generous. I don't find him agile at all, it's just not his style.

Gave him a conservative update, left AGI on greens for the time being. Other things still need some tweaking, IMO Response is too high (he's not a responsive SB like Juanfran Torres i.e., tends to stick close to the sideline and only moves to central positions when helping there is an absolute priority), don't see Ment over greens, short passing could use a slight downgrade (I see nothing special in that regard from him).

Any thoughts about concrete values for TS? 88 looks a bit high, although he's certainly speedy if you give him enough space to run. Wouldn't put him under 87... maybe Acc could go even lower.

I'm quite positive his SPS Is at least yellows and his STA probably oranges. Other than that, It seems good. TS? He can cover amazing ground with his legs. Maybe not 88, but It doesn't seem like an urgent value to modify. 86 the lowest?
