Looks good I would even go a bit higher for LPA I'm really liking his crosses when he tries them, probably worthy a yellow.

This guy is a crap at defence. On 1vs1 situations, he is easily outdribbled. He is also easily caught out of position. 66 for defence is defo too much for him. To me, he seems more like a SM than a real SB.

agree with this, set really need some changes.

just to get the ball rolling, what about this:

Def 64/63
Ts 84?
Acc 77
Agi 76
Lpa 78
Tech 77
Ment 72
Tw 76

About ts, i have seen him a really good amount of ground when given space, guess an 83 would be fine too. Little agility, fine crossing and first touch, not solid defensively and not much of a leader.

I'd go for the default Konami values for Ment/TW, 68/73 if I'm not mistaken. Agree about TS 83/84, he was certainly quicker than Krohn-Dehli, whom I rate at 81.

Regarding his speed. Check out the second Valencia goal vs Barca this past weekend. Barragan shows he can easily keep up with Jordi Alba and in fact wins a sprint to a loose ball. They both looked to start around the same spot but it's tough to tell with the angle of the ball who had a slight advantage to start with.

Gave this a revamp. He looks like a decently reliable rightback to me. Not specially skilled at anything but competent at most things, and he's doing fine so far this season.

IMO, 68 in DEF is a bit higher, so 66-67 would be better. As said morenol he is easily dribbled.
And I also would downgrade TECH to 79 or 78.

The rest is perfect.

I actually find him quite solid defensively. It's true opponents sometimes get past him with too much ease, but it's for the very same reason he tends to struggle a lot against explosive and agile wingers: he's actually a bit stiff and not very fast in short distances; comparatively, his pace over distance is more than decent.

As for Tech... that 80 is actually a conservative value, I didn't want to go higher as it doesn't play a big role in his game, but he's able to produce some neat trappings from time to time. Just an example from the Espanyol match this season:

I knew you would post that GIF  Truly, to be fair, in that situation Barragán is completely alone and the ball falls slowly and out of swerve, that is he only have to put his feet.

On the other hand, here Iniesta controlls a ball that it comes with power and he have to extend his leg. With this I don't want compare Iniesta and Barragán TECH ( ), my intention is compare the trajectory of the ball... One of them is easier to controll and the other more difficult.

It wasn't the most difficult ball out there, true, but still the control is very good, he doesn't just stop the ball, the makes a classy oriented control.

Well obviously Iniesta is in a whole different level. That's why he has red tech, and Barragán 80 ;)

Im with Kronosh, Barragán doesn't really deserve an 80 for TEC. Yeah, he can sometimes make classy traps, but on the other hand he can miss easy controls also. 78 or 79 is more than enough.

And as for DEF, he is not very reliable. His positioning is nothing special and he sometimes looses concentration and his mark and Its not only a lack of ACC or AGI. For instance, look at 00:36 how bad his positioning is.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x-SrhCI7bFg

I would suggest DEF 66, dont think he is better than Mario Gaspar, for instance.

DEF regulates how good a player is at getting the ball from the opposition (i.e. tackling, marking, "stealing" the ball) and how solid his overall defensive game is. Positioning issues are more related to Teamwork (which in the case of defensive players, regulates how good they are at coordinating among themselves and operating as an unit).

In my opinion Barragán is a more or less solid SB in terms of defensive abilities, not great, not really "good", just decent. He's close to the 70 mark.

Regarding that goal, I remember it clearly because I watched it barely two days ago. There's a collective defensive failure there. First Vezo (who overall did a pretty good job that day against Bacca) loses his mark, he lets Bacca go. Otamendi is caught off guard and fails his tackle, and Barragán is actually the only one who chases Bacca to the end (the attack ends in the left side of the box, and he's the rightback). If Barragán's positioning there is bad, then I don't even want to ask what Gayá is doing, because he's not even on the picture (in fact he was jogging back from the midfield when that goal was scored).
