Okay, I've seen the clip at the bottom of Page 4 and I don't get what all the fuss is about. The player heads the ball at Casillas, it's just a pretty shit header but Casillas does well to make himself big.

finally in his official profile he's billed at 182 cms and 85 kgs.
it's kinda satisfying see that efforts are into a right direction.

I've also had a look at the clip, and must say that it is NOT a 98 response save. I've seen 98 response saves and that is no 98 response save. Its more like 95/96.

He was on the one side of the goal, and he somehow managed to save goal on the other side, and that's incredible, Im not saying this but im quoting the ppl who said on sport tv shows or press that this was one of the best saves ever. Im neutral here ;)

Yes, but it wasn't his response. It was his anticipation and positioning that made that save. I know this because I've been a 1st team GK for a year and half now.

Am I watching a different clip to you? The second save in that video on the 4th page shows Casillas' pace with his feet, his nimbility and a little bit of his reflexes. The pass is a slow moving one and Casillas outpaces it and makes himself big and does use very good reflexes, however he doesn't show a reflex worth 98 (Note: I'm not say he doesn't deserve it). After all, if that's your opinion of Casillas' save there, then what is your opinion of Coupet's Double Save vs. Barcelona or David Seaman's Save vs. Sheffield United?

Well to be fair it was just one match. Everyone has a bad day at the office. That said, 94 DEF is certainly the wrong value for Iker.

and what's up with both the matches against juventus last year? it seems that he suffers the big match..

I don't see that in all EURO matches, specially against Italy (tell me a biggest match than this) he was the true savior of Spain this match...
IMO in Real Madrid he hasn't the great defence that he has in Spain, but his positional sense is from far one of the best of the world, he saves Real every day, so a keeper that need to work a lot it's obvious that can have some bad matches.

I don't think he suffers in big match. In 2002, when he substituted Cesar in champions league final (he was 21 years old), he made extraordinary saves which made me even think that actually it was him that contributed more to the winning than zidane.
