Well, considering the ladders he can have his ATT bumped up by 1 pt, making him equal to Leto and Galletti, but still I think he does not attack as much as them. I already agreed with a DEF and MEN slight raise, anasie and stavrello have a point about raising his SPA to 78, on par with Galletti and Denilson, but I suppose 77 would also be a realistic value. He surely is not the best long passer in our league, his current LP stats are fine and so are his BB and STA (BB has been even told to decrease from the current value so there is no point in raising it)
Now, about technique.. he is currently on top of the ladder and surely deserves to be there, so we might have to discuss it at a global level.
Zairi is at 86, while other wingers at 87 are:
87: Jose Antonio REYES, Jesus NAVAS, JOAQUÍN Sánchez, ARDA Turan
I think that those guys have a tad bit better first touch than Zairi, but he could be on level with them at most.
88 would be overrating him, he clearly is not in the same level as J. Cole, Quaresma, Simao, and Riera (well, maybe Riera is a bit overrated here but that's not on topic)
So, what I can agree with is:
SPA: 77 - 78
Having some general ideas and will start creating some teams
