You're right, move to Everton. At least we have at least one winger on the left now hahaha.

He Isn't a bad player either....he's just....Drenthe... There are no words to describe him. He's technically fine, he's fast, has not a bad work rate...(Well, he tries everything...just let It there...)

We actually have some pace in our squad now :o

Congratulations to Drenthe and Vellios for scoring their maiden Everton goals :) Boy do Everton know how to toy with their fans emotions though :x

I know

I like the look of Royston though. Wasn't quite good enough for Madrid but I think he could do quite well at Everton. He has great pace about him at least anyway, something which we have certainly lacked in the past. Good goal yesterday too.

He seems to be some kind of target for ridicule in Spain, especially in that video that was posted by Interist, pretty funny like  But why?

He's a really special person. We all know he Is a good player and he's even hardworking, but he does a lot of funny things. Misses, he falls down while playing and slips while dribbling. He's also had some 'funny' stuff like once when he was at Hércules he drove at like 160 km/h inside the city at 5 am and skipped 5 red traffic lights and he said It was because 'his friend was dying and he had to bring her to the hospital'. It was not true, as she was just drunk xD

Obviously it's fustrating that we haven't been able to spend any real money over the last couple of summers, but seeing the likes of Drenthe, Vellios and Stracqualursi have an impact yesterday brought a smile to my face :) It just makes you appreciate the players that you are able to get in a little more.

I'm no spanish expert, but watching him in his first season he reminded me a bit of Babel and Walcott. All physique and no brain.

Not to mention that he had no where the quality of the types of players expected at Real Madrid. Remember when Julien Faubert transfered to them on loan and how much of a joke the supporters thought it was? Even Adebayor received similar treatment.

Fans actually like Adebayor and many of them wanted him to stay, really. He somehow earned It.

He puts a lot of curve on his shots, FK's and corner kicks. And yesterday he seemed to be playing from the right wing.

Yep, he did play on the right. He's been subbed into that positon a few times this season, but considering it was his first start there I'd hold off on giving him Side: B for the moment.
