Attributes that do not grow ML?

I have the piggyback for pes 6 and it states a few attributes re not affect age when player development is on, I am confused if this means they do not grow or they do not decline?

I am making a patch with alot of teams from last 15 years of the premiership and say for example if I made a 17 yr old wayne rooney and put his attack (one of the attributes piggyback says isnt affected) at around 83 would this stat grow and improve as he develops or should it be put at say 93 for example as it wont develop like other stats?

Well for a start Wazza never has or will be a 93 for attack. In answer to your question however I'm afraid I don't know, sorry lad

yea i know sorry 93 was just used as an example figure, Im just unsure as to what stats do not develop in the ML

The dilemma is to start rooney as a 17 yr old with low attack and it stays low even when the other stats increase over time

It stays low ?
Does the bar increasing after you finish a match ? Or it stayed empty ? You know...The bar that need to be fullfilled to gain +1 in stats ?

after some research i found out the Attack stat does grow but it does not decline

the mentality and agility stat do not grow or decline

Yes, the attack stat will grow.

Usually about 10 or so points over a player's lifetime.
Also, I'm quite sure that either it doesn't decline at all, or it only declines a small amount once the player is past his peak...

will this conclusion only affect AI-control contest or both human player and AI?

at pes6 all stats grow except Agility, Agression (maybe i forgot something)
when a player starts to go down, Attack and Defence do NOT drop, but still can be increased! (85 % ) it's something like experience.

but after pes10 agility and agression changing by years and imo thats more real.. a player at 36 cant have agility over 90..
