It is a very good trick to perform if the player can as it can carve open defence or give you a little bit of space to cross the ball in.

There are two ways to perform this trick. The trick is performed by players when it is a quick change of direction. However there isn't really a known button combination for this. However it is rumoured that it may be easier to perform if you do a drag back first.

S19 – Quick Scissor Dribble
Enables Quick Scissor Dribble.

pes.neoseeker.com wrote:Quick Scissor Dribble or Reverse Step Over is a skill in PES 2010. To perform the trick, when facing --> press RIGHT and then DOWN. It can only be performed if you have the card for it.

S20 – Scooping
Enables Ball Scooping.

pes.neoseeker.com wrote:Scooping is a trick and a card used to chip over an oncoming player most commonly when they are sliding towards you. It can be used effectively to then break away from the defence to try and score a goal. It is performed by pressing DOWN from the way you are facing and then quickly pressing UP from the way you are facing.

S21 – Super-Sub
Improves player’s ability when introduced late on in the game

I have already made 2 ML seasons with Benfica and i gave "Fox in the Box" to Oscar Cardozo. Basically he lives in the box or near it, he works as a target man (*post player) but he also scores shitloads of goals, and he's not going so wide as Saviola (no PCard given).

I've played ML several seasons with Carew who has Fox in the Box, he tends to sit just outside the 16yrd box, which is brilliant for both shooting on first touch and for playing the ball to another forward.

I think goal poacher is more like *Lines from the last version.

Fox in the Box seems like a combination of Positioning and Scoring.

What do you guys think about Enforcer and Anchorman?

I'm assuming anchorman will make a player basically be less offensive...while enforcer makes them actually hustle down players more and try to win balls...?

and i think that goal poacher is more like *Lines
i think that Anchorman is an DM who plays in front of 2 Defenders like as 3rd defender
and when defenders with extra attacker cards goes forward the anchorman plays in defenders position

That's how i feel to, the goal poacher is always on the frontline and the Anchor man swaps with the CB when this last one goes up.

take a cm, give him anchor man, talisman and pin-point passer and you have a deep-lying playmaker ala pirlo.

Can anyone explain me what Quick Turn does with any example or explanation? I'm a bit confused about it.

So is there an equivalent in this game to "Tactical Dribble".

Mazing run, trickster and speed merchant don't seem close to it at all.

Id say that 'Trickster' is the closest, seeing as 'tactical dribble' makes players use more trickery also.
But then again don't think trickster accounts for the whole slowing down, holding the ball up thing that *tactical dribble includes. I think it should be given to all of those showy off, step over merchant type players :P

so whats the deal with the "P"s and the "S"s? which cards are in the PES 2010 or is it both because they seem to be repeating themselves :?

I checked out goldakillers editor, some of the stars like centre and star, dribble, tactical dribble, still on the game hidden stars, and special curl, and apparently they work, i think they do cus wen i play, anelka always goes to the side and so does pato, i checked on the pc of , it must work because i see those effects working in-game on my 360.

Yeah, more and more people say they're effective...

and this makes thing simpler for us, too :) 'cause this way we can only add P cards, since S ones have a clear and direct translation from 2009 to 2010 :P
