Barak Itzhaki is a striker who during his first two seasons as a professional, Yitzhaki won the Toto Cup Artzit twice. With the arrival of French manager Luis Fernández in 2005, Yitzhaki received more playing time and was even a first team choice over the club's leading scorer, Lior Asulin. After watching Yitzhaki play, Fernández told the club to sign Yitzhaki to a long term contract. He attracted RKC Genk's interest but the club did all they could so he didn't leave and he didn't and signed a new contract. But he would end up in Genk with a contract clausure that warranteed him a 20% salary raise for 3.5 years. His first goal in Genk was named goal of the year in Belgium but at the end of the season he moved back for Beitar. He played once for Israel's U-19 team where he scored, played 19 times for Israel's U-21 team and has now 6 caps for Israel's National Team.
Barak has changed a bit his play style since the last update, he became more an SS, and much more technical - such a 'flair' player and less central forward that only finishing. He has excellent ball control and can perform high class skills. When he want he can perform amazing goals (even bicycles) and dribbles, the only the problem is that you dont know in which form he'll appear.
With the technical area Barak also got improved in his passes, especially the short ones, and he can put his teammates in good attacking positions in front of goal. Maybe barak isn't offensive like before, but still he has a great sense for goals and has good movement and positioning in the box so he can score goals with ease.
Unfortunately, Barak suffer from injuries and lately he was in wonderful form but he has torn the cruciate ligament in the second time in his career, but he has a strong personality so I believe he'll recover.
