Re: Gabriel Agbonlahor

Gabby hasn't had this pace for years, to be fair he bulked up but that was an old excuse, he's mostly just fat and ageing now, he's a mid yellows at best, probably low yellows to be honest. Some images to see how much weight Gabby's gained: http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2012/07/18/article-2175243-0...

Re: Aaron LENNON

I know he's small but he's definitely amongst the most agile players today, he can turn in an instant and it's something that really underpins his speed off the mark, I agree with Jez here. Also, is it just me or has is crossing ability improved compared to seasons past - a 76 Long pass accuracy see...

Re: Gary CAHILL

Probably not :P Chelsea's defensive pairing of Cahill and Luiz are very cultured in their offensive play, they are a lot better than the average centre half in terms of passing and shooting. Gary specifically, has scored quite a few finesse and long-range goals, and is never too far away from the go...

Re: RONALDINHO

Very well explained Anders, one thing I'd say though is that I personally feel Ronaldinho's free-kick prowess has increased in Flamengo, he rarely misses the target and scores much more than he did in Milan, the only thing lacking is his Shot power which you rightly decreased. Lowering curling could...

Re: Nigel DE JONG

Oh my bad.. yeah he can take the 76 DEF.

I'd say he's better in his position than Gareth Barry, for one of the best holding mids in the world to not get into the side is kind of absurd, though Mancini has a habit of dropping players for random reasons (Dzeko)

Re: Robin VAN PERSIE

To be honest I'd go as far as saying that his general Shot Technique isn't as good as it was in previous seasons. But he has become more accurate, much less efforts are wayward, his goals perfectly placed and his misses just millimeters away..

Re: Antonio DI NATALE

With a post like that not much people would be agreeing with you, however ironically I do agree. Di Natale is clearly amongst the best shooters in the world when it comes to accuracy, nearly all of his shots are perfectly positions. However his current stats might suggest that already, and with such...

Re: Nigel DE JONG

He's too effective with his current DEF+RES combination (together with his pace, agility, strength + Enforcer card) in game. His reactions are great and he reads the game very well but I don't think he's as great as a 88 suggests. And we all know about his many mis-timed challenges.. Mascherano cur...

Agree with the FKA raise to 83. He's become much more accurate taking them, hitting the wall less and generally finding the corners more.

Re: Mauro FORMICA

Well he's certainly level van der Vaart, in tight spaces Formica's touches on the ball to retain possession are really effective. He seems comparable to Benayoun here, and he looks much better on the ladders above the likes of Arshavin etc. Plus, with his small frame + BB, in-game he's easily dispos...
