A big talent, but two different impressions:

Against Marseille, very safe, very safe, very clean, sure. Against Paris, unpredictable, dribbling around in the surface, but sometimes giving the impression to be above the others.

Then in that case there, he looks like Edmilson. Let us hope that Simic will calm him, but Monaco counts enormously on this 18-year-old, very promising and already outstripped.

certainly doesn't look like the stats of a 4m euro rated player - i don't know the player enough to suggest where any changes should be made tho

well being a monaco fan I've watched everygame this season
hopefully i won't over rate him, he's played around 15 games this yr off the top of my head, due to the african cup, (where he plays the integraty of every match in defense) and poor choices of the coach who is finaly realizing how precious the player is on the field.

he just signed up until 2012 with monaco, getting high interest from marseille, lyon and arsenal.

so yeh obviously these stats dont match the players ability
ill just suggest what im sure needs changing :
stamina: 84 (+3) from what ive seen he always plays entire games,nvr gives up
speed: 81 (+2) seems to run along side oposing players trying to surpass him
response: 82(+3) pounces on every ball
agility: 83 (+6) lot's of movement, leg extensions, slides even acrobatics
short pass acc.: 78 (+5)
short pass sp.: 75 (+6) quick clean presice passes from defence to attack
technique: 79(+5) "sometimes giving the impression to be above the others" as said in 1st post, i also get that impression as for everyone else on monaco forums, he has alot of ease holding the ball, very cold blooded in dangerous situations
aggression: 75 (+10) nvr lets go, great reflex, anticipation, often forces opponent to quickly get rid of the ball

he is still very young so feel free to dispute these stats, which i still think don't meet his talent, but i recognise it's his potential that is rlly intersting more than his current performances if that makes sense

Today I watched the game Cameroon against Slovakia, there Nkoulou seemed to be as tall as Alex Song. I looked at several pages and also found he is listed at 185 cm which sounds more reasonable to me.
Hence, I think his Agility can come up by at least two points, he was quite nimble in this game, but I know it was only one game.
