IMO surely Konami gave him a special motion. He's also testimonial of game. He needs to be "special"

It has to have something with DRIBBLE STYLE. It's very important attribute, it can totally change effectivnes of player's dribbling and behaviour too. I even suggested more than once to add DRIBBLE STYLE to the 1st post.
