 Re: FELIPE Melo
Position: *CMF, DMF
P05 – Trickster (SB; WB; AM; SM; SS; WF) - no CMF or DMF, so u can't give him that card.

I'd say we still give the cards, even if ineffective

Btw, does anyone else feels like the Pcards are afecting the way ur teamates behave just has much has they afect the way how the man in possesion behaves?

 Re: FELIPE Melo
Isn't his response a bit wrong? IMO he could sit at 80 by now, he is missing many easy balls, and some important tackles too

 Re: FELIPE Melo
nah, the really wrong thing he's doing right now is wasting lots of balls (btw, no balls wasted today!!!)... we'll wait for adjusting stats since the entire juve was quite underperforming

 Re: FELIPE Melo
So after more than half season maybe we can give him some slight adjustments to reflect overall his poor play with juventus; *DMF - for juve definately even with Sissoko back Melo continues to be the deeper and less offensive of the two, maybe for Brazil CMF, but let people who use Brazil in PES worry about that ATT 72-73 - I was for swapping ATT/DEF before, but I think his DEF is high enough now, but I still think ladder wise this can come level to Cambiasso/Ambrosini at 73 or below them, both are able to loose themselves in opponent boxes better than Melo and actually 'poach' goals - not like van Nistelrooij, but they sort of wander into area or remain a bit longer after corner and through fortune/oppurtunism to remain in attack sometimes get bonus goals - considering they are DMF's. Just an opinion - probably as I think it was suggested In Sissoko thread his ATT can come up and maybe above Melo? Maybe even Melo ATT 71, Sissoko 72? RES 82- 81 - He just barges into people in an a very unclean manner - that normally I would decreases his DEF but he is not a terrible positioner as a DMF, maybe both DEF/RES come down -1 point, he is more brutal/BB/MEN enforcer than a tactful one. I do not see Poulsen 82 or Muntari 81, below Melo in RES area, both responding to loose balls and timing of challenges - all three sort of midfield ruffians in their tackles. LPA 78 - Really unimpressive in this quarter - considering in some leagues decent to very good passeres attributed low 80's for actual good passing - Melo at an 79+ value is an insult to all leagues 'below' Serie A, even if he was not giving ball away he has not made any great passes from deep to unlock any team - or anything of that nature - at juve Vieira was like LPA 84 - and he was making great passes for Trezeguet - sorry for comparison from past, but now juve does not have regular DMF with good LPA, C. Zanetti was in different class of long passing for me to sully his name in a comparison to Melo. Muntari, Ambrosini, and Flamini are on 78 - Melo is no better than them thus far in season - he could even be below. Consistency 5 - just watch him - pretty self evident. If he continues this to end of season I would not have problem with 4 even. Card I can agree to; []Enforcer Problems with;[]Box-to-Box - He actually does not seem to go from one end of pitch to the other all match, as DMF he stays back a great deal, like aside from 1 or two times early in season when does he ever haul ass through the middle on a counter - or to spark something? Marchisio and Sissoko much more worthy of this card. []Long Ranger - not really even frequent enough, let alone to examine a sample of his shots to see if he is the quality to be considered a *middle shooter...holy smokes he got the *star -- well I purpose to remove it..like even a DMF like van Bommel from Muncih does not have it and from what I recall in the past he attempts way more often than Melo. REMOVE *Middle-Shooting?

 Re: FELIPE Melo
i can agree with pretty much all of what you suggested. what sound strange to me is the fact that you didnt suggest a lowered TW......imo probably the biggest fault alongside RES and Consistency....because i assume that qualities are still here, both phisical and technical.......what he fails is awareness and conception of passes....so we can put this into RES,Cons....but also TW is involved imo.

 Re: FELIPE Melo
No, I completely agree TW too can be lowered - I was rushing when I posted - so I did not look over everything just somethings that were on my mind over last days, but you are right Melo could wasily be below Sissoko in TW, not as good as him in link up play - and there is nothing effectivly suffocating with Melo at DMF to warrent a 80 TW in view of working well with CB's to destroy plays -- so yes since talk in Sissoko thread points to possibly TW 79 - then Melo to like 76-75 region really would be sufficent (unless you had different numbers in mind zuo) - he does sometimes seem to be playing very independently of the 'team' - as in his extra touches and dribbles rather than just passing the ball at an open player. This lowering in TW might just make him more selfish in game like we were trying to do with possible *Dribble/*Tact Dribllee stars, two birds with one stone?

 Re: FELIPE Melo
Actually I'd raise Sissoko's TW, but I think Melo should be on the 78 mark... and I agree with the other values

Marchisio and Sissoko much more worthy of this card. IMO he's being played out of position as a holding midfielder. He ought to be fielded as a defensive CMF as he was for a time at Fiore and Brazil. Not sure what to do at this point, maybe wait him out ... Ok, now for some humor...
