well what are the strengths of a young and unexperienced team sitting on the bottom of the table? I think a positive aspect of them is the fact that the players are usually quite motivated to make an impact in the league to get a transfer or something. Another + are the experienced players such as Badescu, Forminte, Cebotaru and Doicaru, who never hesitate to take over their roles as leader.

Their defending is a joke and lacks proper organization. Their central midfield usually consists of 2 18-20 year olds who are apt passers but not really solid in their defensive tasks. Their sideplayers attempt to create chances but they seem disconnected from the rest and usually only appear because of individual efforts. It's basicly a quality gap in comparison to the rest of the league and they'll surely struggle to get out of that hole.
